I am so thankful for the professional crew members at miracle car wash for doing an awesome job at detailing my car which has been badly neglected. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it. It looked like a new car. Thank you so much. I recommend this car wash to everyone. They do an phenomenal job. Grateful ?

My very first time I came to this Car Wash. I wanted to get a complete service interior and exterior of my SUV. A female attendant asked to assist me and since it was my first time I wasn’t sure of how they proceed. I asked about pricing and the attendant got into all the details of the cost for what I inquired about.
Okay, so she told me a complete car wash with windows, vacuum, tire shine , wiping dry everything was $29.99. I agreed….
I also wanted my seats cleaned which includes stain removal was an additional $49.99, again I agreed to pay the price.
I go through the car wash and I parked the car for them to start, when the attendant came back to tell me , Oh I’m so sorry I made a mistake it’s not $49.99 it’s now $59.99.
I understand we all make mistakes and I had no problem accepting her apology, but I was given a set price in which we agreed.
I believe they should had still honor the price or at the minimum applied a fair discounted.
However, this goes to show the poor customer service reflecting on the manger. Who refused to be a little flexible with the price. The work ethics in today’s society is clearly about screwing people over.
I feel like everywhere we go this Low Life State of Mind is everywhere….
I won’t let people like this Car Wash Manger change me, but it’s people like this that make our society and world just a worse place to do business, and creating a poor quality of life…
Anyway, the manger has a very poor attitude and I prefer to give my business to where there’s respectable people.

Had not been there in a while. Surprised to find that price went up to $10 for the most basic drive thru wash. One female staff member there at 5:50pm on 4/19/24 was somewhat rude about that, and then seemed to accuse me of braking, which I did not do, during the wash cycle when their machine stopped for a minute. Yelling at me and throwing her arms around. If you want people to come back and pay your high prices, might want to at least be nice to them?

A very polite, friendly manager greets me in a red uniform, a car wash for $18, the simplest car wash, I was very dissatisfied with the fact that the car washer rolled up my electric mirror and it all crunched, he needs to ask, in response to this comment he was rude to me that I owed him do this before washing, but it’s not indicated anywhere, it really upset me, if the left mirror doesn’t work well, then I’ll apply for compensation!!!

Spent 37.00$. The car wash was top notch. Fell short on the cleaning of the interior, didn't vacuum in-between the seats and the console. More attention to the interior glass. For that kind of money you would expect a lot more.
