I have a small business and have dealt with AMB for a couple years now, we have had nothing but great service. Highly recommend.Adding in to a previous post.We bought a truck from AMB a year ago. We have had nothing but excellent interactions.. they are always helpful and quick to respond when we approached them with questions. The truck itself was an amazing deal and we haven't had any issues at all. We refer them often to anyone looking for trucks, etc.

I purchased a Freightliner Cascadia from them which developed compressor issues the day I came to pick it up. Mason put his mechanic on it immediately and replaced compressor and lines without question. Excellent follow up services. Cannot say just how much I am impressed. I recommend these people without reservation!!

FedEx contractor and I've bought 3 trucks from them. Great customer service, trucks and pricing. One rear main seal started leaking a few weeks after we bought it and they stood by their warranty and paid for repair. Best place I've found to buy used step vans!

I usually don't write reviews but here it is. I purchased two trucks from this group in May, 2019. The sale included transporting the vehicles to Richmond, VA. Upon arrival, I noticed that the vehicle bumper was damaged. The transporter admitted to damaging the bumper and the owner, Mason Wells, sent another bumper via Ebay and was also supposed to reimburse me for the bumper installation. Secondly, they signed off on the DOT inspection 5 days before my mechanic inspected. One of the major issues that was signed off on was the exhaust system. AMB's report indicated that the truck passed all DOT requirements. The system had a major exhaust leak - a $1200.00 repair. I informed Mr. Wells of this issue and after debating with me, he agreed to pay for 1/2 of the exhaust repair. Lastly, the deal included FedEx decals on both trucks. The first truck arrived with decals but the second one did not. Since my total invoice included decals, Mason Wells agreed to reimburse me for installation of the decals (terminal had to provide the decals). So, here we go. I contacted Mr. Wells about the whereabouts of my check after not hearing from him for 3 weeks. He said he was not going to send me any of the money until I provided him with FedEx decals. What? That was never part of the agreement. FedEx provides decals upon request to contractors, but it is not my responsibility to replenish his decals stock. I have threatened to take him to court if he does not reimburse me. It should not have come to this.

The guy who runs the place [Mason] is so personable and helpful. I bought a 22 ft. workhorse but before I did Mason let me test drive different trucks. He takes all my calls and always has pertinent information. He knows his stuff.

Crooked dealer who you have to file complaints with the state to still get ripped off...AVOID MASON THE SCAM ARTIST AND HIS LITIGIOUS LAWYER BUSINESS PARTNER!!! If only he worked as hard at customer service as he does at scrubbing bad reviews of him from the internet! I wonder why they no longer have a Facebook page???

Being in the market for new work truck and countless days searching. I came across Mason at amb sales Not only did they have the truck i was looking for it was super clean and considerably less money. So I bought it! I've had the truck for 3 months now with a few things that needed fixing Amb sales fixed everything that was wrong with no problem I said it once and I'll say it again. I'm the owner of 3 different FedEx corporations in Florida. I have bought over 16 trucks from AMB Sales and I must say they are a first class company. The owners stand by their work and you can count on everything they say to be backed up. I do all my major repairs and maintenance as well with them and the service is stellar. Before i knew who they were, i had bought one truck from another dealer and withing 2 weeks i had a bad rear end. They would not fix it and said it was not their problem. I was referred to AMB and they came out the same day with a tow truck, picked up the truck with the bad rear end, put a new rear end in and had it back to me the next day. Now, i'm pretty new to this industry, but if anyone know of a company out there that can perform like this, please let me know. I can't say enough of these guys and i'm grateful to have met them. Has definitely helped my business and knowing we have a trustworthy and effective company to count on. I will continue doing business with them and highly recommend them. And they are extremely reasonable.
