Paola was amazing, she helped with my diamond bond cleaning and check up. She took her time with finding the receipts since the system creates a new profile almost every time we buy something making hard to find. Im glad they hired new people last few times weren’t as pleasant as this one.

I had one of the best customer service experience in a store. The level of professionalism and care for detail that my sales acccount Diana should was outstanding. Shopping for such an important occasion needs true customer care. Diana should a wealth of knowledge, patients and flexibility with an nerve customer. Her timeliness and follow up via call and text message left no room for doubt. 10 out of 10 experience.

It was very clean and the employees had such nice smiles on their faces. Also, I was browsing for engagement rings to see what type of style that I liked and I had the pleasure of being helped my Sherry. She was phenomenal! She was so informative and took the time to answer all my questions and request to try on many and I mean many different rings. She was more than amazing. The last Zales I went to at a different location was completely different the lady was rude and only wanted to try to sell me rings and when I had said that I was just browsing and looking for guidance she wasn’t very nice or interested anymore. However this location and set of employees were perfect. I’m definitely going back and making sure my bf goes with me when he’s ready to get the ring.

Went to Zales with my wife and son on Father’s Day. Walked in the store to make a big purchase and there were no customers at all, just three employees that were doing nothing and couldn’t come over to help us. So we walked out and will not be walking back in.
