I reached out to them for a local shipping question, I was told they would be open for a few hours on Sunday and I could stop by to pick up a pioneer ddj flx6. The owner was extremely helpful and very courteous. Showed me around the store. I ended up buying the dj controller and 2 KRK Rockit 8 while I was there. Place is amazing and no one does it better...Thanks guys, You Rock...

We have lived here since 2017, but finally visited this store for the first time a couple of months ago. This is by a million miles the best music store in the area that I know about. The inventory is amazing, and the staff is very friendly. If you love guitars, this is a great place to shop!

Came in after I was directed to them from Guitar Center and couldn't have been happier. While I didn't purchase anything they went above and beyond to help me. I was looking for a specific guitar. A PRS 594 SC core line. They didn't have one but went as far as checking future inventory coming to see if they had one coming while I would be in town. They did not but the care they took to try and help made me a customer anytime I'm in the area.

Total Entertainment in Daytona is the Best Music store! Thank you Steve! He went above and beyond in outstanding customer service making our music experience enjoyable. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend shopping here and they have everything music you will need!

The best music store I've ever been to the staff is so friendly and courteous. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a guitar there and an amplifier, and the ? just wasn't working for me. They gave me full credit after returning it. And I got something that I really love. They also have the best quality inventory and so much of it. Very honest company!

I came in seeking help with my new cello that I did not purchase from this store. I’m a brand new beginner to cello and needed assistance tuning it. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that helped me but he was very kind and even took his time to explain to me what he was doing so I could do it at home myself. The store is neat and clean and everyone was smiling. I don’t play guitar but the ones they had in the store looked absolutely gorgeous and well kept! I live about 40 mins away so it’s a tiny bit of a drive for me but I went in the store months prior to look around and I came back because I remembered that I really liked the store. Although it was a simple visit today, I’ll definitely be back for future business!

Went in over the Christmas to New Years Holiday and had a very good experience. Lots of options for beginners to professionals and the employees we worked with were very knowledgeable. Because of the selection, there were good options for every budget. I wish I lived closer so I could check out the used gear more often! We will definitely visit when in the area!

We were there for strings... every employee there asked us if we needed help.(Nobody goes to a music store just to see the strings.)Great store lots of equipment to look at and try out and everyone was helpful and cool.:)
