Go elsewhere. The worst customer service ever. The same associate who works there has told us twice that they have a product in when we called. We go there and he says the don't have it. If I could give zero stars I would.. Tonight he told me the owner is "too busy" to order the correct products. Seriously?

I love this place and I will only go here. Mike always helps me with everything and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the kindness. The other guy I dont know his name. But... He always tries to order my favorite flavors due to my bad allergies. Funky Republic is the best brand and better for yall. Just please... Get Strawberry Kiwi or Strawberry Kiwi Lime. lol Thanks a bunch!

I bought a refillable vape pen and accessories there; in less then tWo weeks it broke and I was told no refunds, I was also told it is leak proof and it leaks a lot, When you selling vape pens that can cost over an 100$ and you don’t care if your merchandise is defective that is just extremely poor business, I hope this make people think twice about buying from here, go online where you have a warranty and half the price. I’m very disappointed and have spent hundreds here and thousands between my friends!!!! Not any more!!!!

I went in got 2 boxes of coils a new smok device and 2 juices.. the guys rang me up I went home.. open the boxes of coils out of the rpm2 coils 3 were missing and put of the lp1 coils 2 were missing. I just told a girl about my experience and how do i get a complaint to management she said I'll tell then I said how will I know what is said she said next time you come so it's seems like I forced her to take my name and number before I left.... the associates should not pull from the front without checking to see if they did any single sales cause I asked why there would be some missing and she said they sell singles. Awful consumer service.
