What happened to FYE is sad. Everything in this store is double the price than Walmart or Target. For Star Wars vintage series figures that just hit stores everywhere, they charge $30 each when they're $15 everywhere else. Legends figures are $40-$60 when other places have them $10-30. It's almost like management goes around to local targets and Walmarts buying up their stock to sell here. It looks like it may become another vacant store in the mall in the near future.

Store manager with Gadges her names kate, constantly looks like she’s on some type of drugs. She was sweating up a storm while’s slurring her words on the phone with a customer. Other employees looked tired of her not to mention how rude she is to customers extremely disappointed in the management at this facility and will not be returning.

Have gone into this store multiple times and the store manager never fails to not be rude to me. Bought a bag of $10 foreign cheetos and went back in right after i bought it because i decided i didn’t want to spend that much money on a bag of cheetos. Some other person came out and then said she was going to ask the store manager if i could return them. The bag was unopened and i had just bought them not even five minutes ago. Store manager said i couldn’t return them because it was food even though it says nothing about that on their return policy. Matter of fact all it says is “ unopened merchandise may be returned” so i’m pretty positive she just lied to me ?

This was like traveling back into my youth, minus not having CDs and DVDs in mass quantities like they did back in the early 2000s, it was filled with all the nostalgia than anyone could need.

Called ahead looking for any type of CD of the new group I've been listening to and was surprised when I called and they did have 1 album in stock, I made sure to ask the girl on the phone before I made the trip that the one she was seeing was in their store. She confirmed it was in-fact in their stores so I made my way there. I arrived I checked the K-Pop section as that is where the album should've been found and nothing. After triple checking the shelf I asked the associates at the front the guy didn't have to have any idea what I was talking about the girl on the other hand pointed out that maybe it would be in the smaller separate shelf where they keep some BTS albums along with some other K-Pop albums they sometimes place there too. So I myself went and checked to have no luck. Not one once did either of them think to help me look on the shelves where the album should've been found or even check their system to make sure a mistake wasn't made and the album was in-fact never there. Ended up checking the whole store on my own with no luck and no help from either associate ESPECIALLY when the store cleared out completely.
