“I visited this store and saw people throwing boxes on the floor but the employees were very quick to clean up the floors. I had an issue with the website and asked to speak to a manager to help me order my shoes. The woman named Eve was able to help me order my size, and she made it a lot less stressful for me since the website was giving me so many issues. She made sure I got the right pair of shoes in the correct size, answered all of my questions, and was the most helpful and sweetest employee I have ever come across. I will always go to this place to see Eve so she can help me with my shoes and orders. They have a lot of patience and really care about their customers comfort, time, and offer amazing guidance. “So I’ve not been to the store YET!! However, I called at 7:55pm; five minutes before closing and I got Kirsten on the phone. Such a kind & friendly voice and extremely willing not only to help but go WAY above and beyond!!I was calling for a specific shoe in a specific size & online showed them available at this Davie location. I was hoping they would ship it from there to me in East Delray Beach, and save me the 45 minute drive. Unfortunately, their system does not allow for that. You must be present to make a purchase!I said no problem and figured I would make my way down eventually or just order them online…but Kirsten was like “oh that’s far, I’ve an idea… How about I call our other stores? that are closer to you and save you the drive?”I said wow, Really? Thank you but that’s a lot of extra work for you and I know you are closing. I can call them myself, but thank you so much …Kirsten went on to say… “ I will probably reach them faster since their caller ID will show it is another store contacting them… Plus, Sometimes their inventory is not updated online and they just might have them in stock. I really wouldn’t mind Courtney, would you like me to see if another location closer to you has them available?”Wow!! I was floored and so pleased to be chatting with someone as awesome as Kirsten!! And not just because she was helping me! She proceeded to call not one but three locations and found them available for me!Kirsten is a stellar individual, someone who enjoys helping others, and goes out of their way to ensure their happiness!
