Excellent liquor store with an amazing selection and a super helpful staff. The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and helped me pick out an amazing wine. He asked a bunch of questions to help narrow down the choices and recommended me items within my price range and we settled on something even cheaper which was amazing. I've been here many times over the years to buy my usual selection for myself, but the help I received really sold me on this place and the is the only liquor store I enjoy going to.

“A Hidden Gem”
My absolute favorite place to explore different flavors. I have been going to Primo’s in Davie for some time. I recently wanted to see what bourbons would match my pallet. Just to name a few, Christie and Ryan helped me find some good introductory bourbons that opened my eyes on what I would like. I have had nothing but great service from every employee. They are all educated on helping you find what you are looking for. I love this place and will continue to give them my business. ?

Amazing customer service. Everyone here knows their stuff. I went into buy a few nice bottles of wine and while I know a lot, Robert knows more than me. He introduced me to a nice bottle but I didn't want to spend that much on something I have never heard of before. With the Blessing from Ryan, we opened it up and we all had a sample of it. Sure enough, Robert was right! I ended up buying two bottles of this fine wine and then Belle Glos that was $15 cheaper than at publix. I went to Total Wine to look for gift baskets, but knew I was going to spend the money at Primo as their customer service is worth. Sure enough, they also have a great gift baskets. Thank you to the entire team at this location, its kind of fun to go in there once in a while and just talk wine, tequila, or bourbon with these guys.

I was privileged to do a promotion for Rabbit Hole bourbon. This store has one of the best whiskey selections I have seen from a store this size, and the customer base was impressive. The staff was friendly helpful and definitely know there stuff. If Knowledge is power. They are all super heros. Ryan ran the show and really has a way with his clientele. It was a pleasure showing our product there.

Worse customer service, the employees treat clients as if they were animals they yell at the customer and have the worse attitude from the employee to the manager!!
(Long story short)
My husband and I came to the store we were talking in Spanish and the guy asked for my ID,
I told him “sorry I don’t have it on me but I can show you I’m over aged and my husband is the one buying”,, he started to scream at me like if I was his child, he stated that I didn’t know my husband and that neither of us will be able to buy since it was an arrangement for my husband to buy me liquor as a favor… then I asked him to stop yelling at me and he continued with the screaming in from of all the other customers! We left the store, and I make sure I came back with my ID to show it off on his face. I spoke to the manager and stated that I wanted him to get the consequences need after the way I was treated, the manager didn’t even bother to ask what had happened and started making up all kinds of excuses over this behavior this is just unacceptable, when asked to speak to a supervisor then he said that there is no one else over him I could speak to about this matter.
Never coming back! For sure!

Primos has an excellent selection and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They let you try before you buy and often have special tastings of other products! I’m a fan!
