I am a member at M Car Wash. The staff is rude I came at 7:24am because the website and maps say that they open at 7am. I came in the parking lot and just parked there because the cones were up so I was waiting for them to move them maybe at 7:30-8am because for some reason they werent open at what there hours of operation show every where. Finally an hour employee comes up to me around 7:35. so I'm thinking perfect he's going to tell me when they open. Instead he says "what are you doing in the parking lot?! we're closed we don't open till 8am you need to leave now!" this isn't the way you treat customers also on every website i looked up it says 7am that they open. if you want to get treated poorly as a monthly member to there car wash I'd sign up now

It was the first time I was going to wash my car there because I always take my car to Sparkling image that day I went there because I was nearby and I wanted to treat that place the antenna was torn off my car I don't wash the tires or the rims properly I said that I had torn the antenna off my car and they didn't pay attention to me until all the cars had already broken my antenna. I spoke to manager Nelson and he told me that he was going to replace it. It was a lie, he never called me! They must maintain the machines and be responsible for what they did. I will never return to that place again and I do not recommend it either or you just want them to damage your car too!

Dre is such a great worker he gives us the high paid Car Wash and only makes us give him $10!!

One of my favorite car washes I visit there like once or twice a week and DRE is the best i get the hook up every time pay for the cheap wash and get the best wash thanks to him putting in his code!! And giving him the cash at the END!!

3/15/2024I love the M car wash because of the place, location, service, and awesome people who work there!They are very professional, helpful, and kind!The Ceramic package that I am going with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The vacuum system has great-very strong suction!The vacuuming is quick and easy. The 'rug beater' machine is my favorite too! The floor mats look like new. :)Thank you for a great job!

My monthly membership is worth it here. New equipment, my car always come out very clean, no dirty spot.I recommend this place is you are looking for a better car wash place.

My first time at the car wash. I came through wash the truck. The manager walked to the other side, Mr. Nelson, and seen that the truck didn’t properly get washed and told me to come back around. Then he advised me that they will wash off my mats. I highly recommend this car wash and what a great person. Hard to come across good workers. I am a business owner myself.

Very bad service, especially from the employee Gerry, he is rude and racist!! There are many other car washes, I do not recommend this place to anyone!!
