Took my F-150 originally to King James Custom Performance in Davie right off 595 to have my Ring gear and pinion gear fully restored. All parts were ordered brand new and delivered to him the same day I received them. When I picked the truck up it had a horrific whining sound on the rear end which any non mechanically inclined person could tell something isn't right. The owner of "KingJames" told me he installed it all correctly and that it's a wheel bearing noise, he went and took it for drive turning the ac up to max to drown out the noise and not lowering the radio, which I had to do myself to prove to him there's a sound...first red flag. He said only thing I can say is to drive it a couple hundred miles and see if the sound goes away. There wasn't any "no let me put it back on the lift to check it out" or anything of that kind...just took payment and sent me on my way to drive around and wear out his mess of my parts, another red flag. He said he did everything how it should be done and didn't run into any issues lol. Come to find out that he destroyed my whole rear end and can only refund my labor and not the parts I bought brand new because I purchased them...sounds like damage control for what was done to my new parts, last and final red flag. I'll let the pictures do the talking for this hack!! Letting everyone be aware of this con artist to prevent yourself from getting the same fate I did. Avoid this shop by any means necessary if you value your vehicle!!!!

Mark did a new purchase diagnostic check for me. He also did an oil change. I was visiting from out of town when I purchased the car. I drove back home feeling safe and confident in my new purchase. His prices were good, and he was very thorough.

I liked the work that he did on my truck and our initial correspondence was good. But when I drove around a few times and realized the alignment was off he would not return my calls or voicemails. Went to another mechanic to have other work done and I'm told that my valve cover gaskets are leaking. I knew I was leaking oil but I figured it would be a rear main seal, not something that was just done. Previous owner of the truck brought it in for valve cover gaskets to King James in Feb. 2018 at 94,000 miles and they're leaking again at 100,000.

Mark is the best. I needed front and rear brake pads and he did it in less than an hour. I was truly amazed plus he is a super nice guy. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Mark.

Had my front brakes replaced along with my rotors (at my request) and a brake fluid flush. After 2k miles everything is still working as it should. Happy with the work that was performed. Will use again. Give them a call.

I took my car for 3 separate issue. All 3 times has been a excellent experience they are fast & efficient they even accepted my extended warranty l don't really do reviews but I highly recommend them.
