I've been here several times and never had a problem. Today, one staffer insisted I turn over my tax exempt form to them. Never had to do that before, they wouldn't look up all of our prior purchases, and when I made a copy of the form, they wouldn't accept it because it was under a company name, not my individual name. If someone here is having a bad day, you're going to be disappointed. We're taking our business elsewhere.UFAR Animal Rescue.

I came all the way over here and checked the store location to make sure it was open. Online it says the business hours are from 7am-10PM. As i get there, they are closed with posted store hours on there door. How am i supposed to know what the store hours are if they are only updated on the front door of the business. Really disappointed.

Took my husband and daughter to Grifs for Fathers Day to get a quick pair of boots and cowboy hat. I believe her name is Amanda, approached me, helped me pick out hats outfits boots she was such a doll and had a wonderful personality. I barely write reviews but I had to mention her, she was a huge help and made me feel comfortable, we will definitely be returning.

The manager lady needs to try and treat customers a little better, to me she ( didn't care to get her name) was pretty short and non caring... however the girl who said she started a few days earlier was very good and cared about what she was doing , ( my guess is the manager will chase her away ) I'm sure she can't contain her attitude... I've been going here as a kid 50 years ago and always seemed to be treated very nice. Covid sure has changed things, I'll check online ....

Went by Grifs' this past Sunday. We had never been to Grifs' but I know it won't be our last. We met Jeff who works there and he was extremely helpful with our shopping. We went home with 4 cowboy hats, a belt, and a pair of boots for my wife. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their selection of hats and boots was great. They're not close by but worth the drive to Davie!Frank CastroCoral Gables, Florida

Love this place. I've been to some stores out west and glad I discovered this one near me.Elisa was a great help in finding my wife a cowboy hat for Christmas. We have to exchange for a bigger size but that's ok. Another excuse to go back with "My Darlin". Thanks "Gals"

I love love the feed store staff. Not usually impressed with the staff on the clothing/boot/tack side but today I was happy. I purchase items at Grifs western in emergency only and they usually have what I need or close to it. So thank you for that!

Friendly staff really great selection of pet supplies, we bought a ton of dog toys at great prices and we came back and got some chickens who are out new found loves....
