These franchise style hair salons are hit or miss.The staff are constantly rotating either to other stores of the same brand or just someplace else.This makes it difficult to find someone you are comfortable with and is consistent.Basically if you just need to get your hair cut and don't have the time to establish a relationship in a traditional barber shop then it works. But if you're seeking something more then it's a roulette.

Came here to get a haircut like I have been ever since they opened. When I arrived I was next in line with a 10-15 min wait. There was another couple waiting (they were after me in line) and the stylist was cleaning her area and then called the couple who was after me on the list first completely jumping over me. In a normal day I wouldn't mind but I have to go to work and am not going to wait another ten mins for the other stylist to finish with her customer. If they would have asked me if they could've gone first then maybe I would've said yes. But to just blatantly skip over me without saying anything...... common. That's how you loose business. Not happy at all
