I love B.J.'s, (except for one thing). Right when you walk in the place looks great. Inside, there is a lot of space, it's clean, everything is laid out well to where you can easily find what you are looking for. They have a wide selection and the prices are amazing. The only issue I have is the 3rd-Party sales company attempting to use some wannabe time-share sales person, trying to apply pressure sales tactics on me while I'm grocery shopping. Today (3/12), I went to B.J.'s to get food for my house for Mother's Day. When I'm taking my cart in, my mind is on Mother's Day, and what all I need to get so I don't have to go back to the store. I'm looking at the isle markers and my list, trying to make sure I don't miss anything. Then out jumps cell phone dude. He crowbars my attention by stepping out into the isle and saying loudly, "Excuse me sir! What cell phone provider do you use!?" Fumbling for an answer because my cell phone plan is literally the last thing on my mind at the moment, I politely reply, "Spectrum". I believe in being polite even when someone's conversation is unwanted so I say that and keep walking with my shopping cart. I'm 15-20 feet away and he, not just leaving it at that, asks the back of my head, "how much are you paying?" Thinking of the shortest answer I could find because I don't want to engage the dude I say, "I'm not sure." and keep walking. Before continuing this review, of course I know how much my cell phone bill is, I just don't want to further engage this guy. I'm 20-30ft away and this joker shouts at me, "DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH YOUR CELL PHONE BILL IS?!?! GOTTA KNOW HOW MUCH YOUR BILLS ARE MAN!!! IN THIS ECONOMY?!?!" Who does that??? Right now I'm sitting on a 739 credit score, so suffice to say, I know EXACTLY how much my cell phone bill is, and how much every other bill is. Why do you guys have these Carnival Barkers standing in your store heckling your customers when they are just trying to get groceries? Who thinks this is a good idea? Addionally, I dread the line to leave the store. I get that you want to check everyone's cart on the way out and I don't have any problem with that, but why you gotta have Home Improvement chick hitting me up for a remodel? I forget what this one opened with but again, being polite, I say "Thank you but I live in an apartment". In front of everyone she responds, "Well I hope you can get a house some day!", as if to say she hopes I can wrestle myself away from the clutches of poverty to one day experience the American Dream. It's nobody's business but I live in an apartment by choice. I don't know exactly where in Florida I want to plant roots so until I find that place, I choose the flexibility of renting. There. I don't know why you guys have these people. These are the 1st people your customers come in contact with and the last people as well. Is that really a good idea? And if it is, why doesn't Pubix have them? Or Target? Or Aldi's? Or Kroger? I will definitely be back but I gotta say, if Cell Phone dude, caught me on my first day at B.J.'s, I wouldn't have made it to the meat section. I would have turned around and left. I wouldn't be a member either. So, I Cell Plan guy made a sale, I really do but I wonder how many 1st time customers of B.J.'s he ran off today in the process. One? Two? My wife and I spend about $800-$1,000/mo at B.J.'s so multiply that out for a year and, you get the picture. I give B.J.'s 5 stars because the place and employees deserve it but this situation will be in my mind when coming again. Lastly to Cell Plan Company dude, why not just smile and pass out brochures like a normal person? I guarantee you I would have read it and there's a good chance it would have wound up on my kitchen table.

Im a truck driver and the experience is so bad like truck driver when we do the delivery the driver insede the store it so bad we the manager put me in the door my apoitment time is 6 o clock in the morning and the driver star 9:00 and the other driver wating so far away and he stop to talk we the other employer and he make lost time me and the other deiver his is Wens and I talk with the manager and the manager dont do it nothing remember we provide the product that yours comes out tonthe coustomers.I am a trucker and the experience here is terrible for delivering products. The person who unloads in this store is an inconsiderate person. The truckers arrive early to make deliveries and we respect the rules, but this person wastes time and money for the truckers, making it impossible for us to do our job. This is not the first time it has happened, they do it all the time. The manager placed me at the doors at 3:00 a.m. My shift was 6:00. The time to unload at 9:00 a.m.

So, my review specifically is referring to their bakery, & more specifically, one of their cake decorators. I wish I had gotten her name, she was a younger woman (maybe 20-25?) with dark hair, which I think was in a braid, she had tan skin, I think she was Hispanic maybe - if a manager happens to see this & knows who she is - PLEASE give her a raise, she deserves it.So, we had ordered a cake for my little cousin's birthday. They were here from another state, my aunt was here from an even-further-away state, & the rest of us had come from about an hour & a half away. So, being out of town in a rental, with all the craziness of a family trip (a family of Italians, no less!), in Orlando of all places - very stressful & chaotic, to say the least. And my mom & I always get all our birthday cakes from BJs because they're way more soft, moist, & taste better than Publix or Walmart cakes, by far, & are MUCH cheaper (a quarter-sheet is only $20, that's awesome.) And the whipped-cream-like filling in the middle is delicious. So we were set on BJs, & this was the closest to our rental, we ordered the cake 24 hours ahead, with a VERY simple/basic design. But, we showed up, & there was no cake ready for us. And the girl, the one I mentioned in the beginning, explained that, apparently the people there the previous evening (around 5pm) had not made it or informed her of the order like they should have, so it wasn't done. I was definitely concerned this poor kid was about to have no birthday cake. But, she assured me she could get it ready for me, I asked how long - 10 minutes, she said. I did not believe she could decorate a whole cake, especially not nicely, in 10 minutes. But, BOY did she deliver. She came up with a design, got it all ready, piped the edges, etc., lightening speed, & it ended up being MUCH prettier than what we had initially ordered. (Photo included.) And she managed to do this with their edible-paper printer not really working as it was supposed to. AND, our *very* picky family members were even impressed with it, & couldn't believe she made it that fast, & the birthday girl was SO happy with her cake, & it made her feel so special -- & she usually doesn't really get that at home, so this really made her birthday special. I don't think I've ever seen her smile like that. So, this girl in the bakery - she just totally knocked it out of the park - & she was very kind too. Wonderful customer service. So, again, BJ's bosses - please give her a raise if you know who I'm talking about.

You should be careful when you buy at bj there are staff who are not trained buy2 bottles of liquor but days I came to return 1 since I was not going to use it, the man, instead of charging me a return, charged me again for the bottle. I came to complain when I realized and they returned only the one they charged me double and that's it ?

My family and I always buy our groceries and gas at bjs because they have good product and the best prices in the market but this is the first time that is happening. It’s so disgusting yesterday night I bought this chocolate twist and came with a roach. We realized yesterday night as soon we tried to eat one but it was late to go a refunded but how is possible they didn’t have someone to check the quality of the “fresh products”. We are really disappointed.

Worst bj’s ever been to so rude and having all large items on my pull cart they want me to put them on the conveyor after loading all items on once with a bad back, and a heel and ankle that had been broken I asked if she could just scan the items on the cart being all large items IE water and laundry detergent she said no company policy, now my back is hurting and I will be going to a chiropractor to see if any damage was caused!
