This Walgreens is the place to get any vaccines. I came in to get 1 vaccine and was in and out in 10 minutes. The pharmacist Grisel was absolutely amazing both in customer service and in giving vaccines. Will only be coming to this walgreens from now on.

Called to see if they had a prescription in stock and tech was extremely rude and dismissive. I’m visiting from out of town and don’t have a car so would have to Uber just to see if they have it in stock instead of answering over the phone and was incredibly rude!!

Shockingly low levels of empathy for a patient in need of urgent medicine. We reached 12 minutes before closure and were told that they are unable to fulfill a prescription with 2 medicines because it would apparently take 20 minutes to do so. I would rate this a zero if I could.

I'm on first name basis with all staff at this pharmacy, and they are overwhelmed by rude obnoxious locals and tourists who want their prescriptions yesterday. Then the 4th COVID option comes along and they're short staffed! I love these folks, have some compassion please!

On the first Tuesday of every month Walgreens offers Senior Citizen Day which discounts full price items. More than once I didn't get the senior discount on my items despite telling the person at the register it was Senior Day. The last time the checker didn't understand what I was talking about, just looked at the slip & said yes, yes. Since this is a monthly event you would expect that the register workers would be informed & trained on the process.

If I can give them a zero I would!!! Worst customer service ever. The woman name Oma at the pharmacy was rude not just to me but everyone she spoke to. She has absolutely no people skills at all. Walgreen really need to do a better job educating their employees on how the treat there customers.

0 start for pharmacy 20 min on hold, finally picked up and placed on hold again After another 8 min that just simply hanged up. Nice work, just remember you are getting paid and sooner or later someone will check on you.

Nice self standing Walgreens in Dania Beach. The store was very clean, organized and bright when I visited. I had some coupons for paper goods, so I got a good deal on them.Here you can get national brands or their own private label Walgreens brand. The tissues of the Walgreens brands are not as soft as the national brand but they are a better deal. If you are just using them as a disposal tissue, no big deal...if you have a cold and need to have a soft texture rubbing your nose, them maybe the national brand would be a better choice.Nice friendly cashier.

I wasn't really super impressed with this Walgreens. It was fine at the basics but the prices were insane! Some Neutrogena sunscreen inside that is usually around $10 was over $20. I was able to purchase it at Ulta in Dania Point shopping complex for the standard price. If you're trying to get a prescription it's fine but it's by no means the place to snag a deal if you're looking for some forgotten essentials while in FL.

This is for the STORE! The fact that I’m looking at the negative reviews and it’s been almost a year or more and there’s still no change. I experienced the same rudeness. And from the manager as well. He hung up on me. And I didn’t not treat any of the staff with rudeness but wasn’t given the same courtesyI called corporate. Lodged my complaint. Until they revamp the quality of people that they place in the store, people with a sense of pride and care not just for the job but for the people they service, nothing will change. Kindness and politeness has become extinct.The funny thing is that the same people that have been rude to its customers would be indignant if they went to a business that they were patronizing and were met with the same rudeness that they gave.Unfortunately seeing that there has been no change makes me believe that corporate also does not care about the customers of Walgreens.Whatever Chic-fil-le is doing to train their staff, needs to be adopted by Walgreens.
