Ordered bedroom set and family room few years back and had great experience with Carlos and Rosa, and wife decided to get few more pieces from them as the product was very nice and service was great. Few issues happened with 2nd time around but its when issues arise that you actually know the business cares for the client. Carlos was on top of the issues all the way and was reachable and always responded. Thats the kinda people you want to work with. That when unforeseen delays happen, the business can step in and try to resolve it instead of ignoring calls or just giving lies. This is the reason I will be sticking to Venicasa for all my furniture needs.

I purchased the Maison Valentina Koi vanity and sink from them. From the initial purchase, Carlos the owner personally helped me. He was easy to communicate with and always responded to my status inquiries. Since this piece comes from Italy, a long wait time was anticipated. It did take much longer than expected but he stayed in touch and was able to give me updates. Unfortunately when the vanity finally arrived my installer was not ready to install it and it was several weeks before we got around to installing it.I had a bad surprise when we opened the crate and realized the sink was missing! I immediately contacted Carlos, while assuming that there was no way he would accept this after several weeks. This is where I really appreciated his help. He went all put to get a sink shipped air freight and I had my sink delivered within 7-8 days from Italy at no additional charge. Kudos to him and Venicasa for taking care of their customers! I will definitely shop with them again amd highly recommended his store!!

We bought this cabinet from Venicasa Furniture in Dania Beach. Carlos, his wife Rosa and the rest of the staff were “AMAZING”.We had to wait a little bit before receiving it today since it was coming from Italy. “IT’S WORTH THE WAIT…..” It’s more beautiful than the picture.The overall experience was very satisfactory and I can’t wait to purchase another piece. Go see for yourself, the place is really amazing. Thank you guys.

We purchased the Melodia bedroom furniture set from Carlos at Venicasa. Unlike other furniture dealers, Carlos immediately charged the entire amount of the furniture on our credit card, despite not having the furniture set in stock. It took many months for our furniture set to be shipped out and delivered to our home. When we fiinally received it, the headboard was cracked and the footboard had chips all over it. Carlos agreed to pick this set up, and we decided to replace it with a different furniture set altogether. It took many months of prodding to get Carlos to make good on all of this, and when we finally took delivery of the set, we were disappointed to find the dresser was missing, so we had to wait for that. The additional prodding it took to get him to perform, and get this dresser to us was in my opinion unreasonable. When the dresser finally arrived the drawers were misaligned in the tracks, and the handles on the top drawers had holes drilled out incorrectly for the handles, causing the top handles to be slanted upward. It was a very expensive dresser that was not at all good quality. Carlos and Rosa, his wife, became unresponsive at some point and decided we were not good customers so they put very little effort into making this right, coming up with many excuses, and refusing to take responsibility. It has been a very painful, frustrating experience dealing with them, and we are now stuck with a dresser that is obviously defective, even though Carlos and Rosa claim that it left their place in perfect condition, insinuating we must have caused the defects. They also claimed the dresser was delivered fully assembled, which it was not, because the legs and handles had to be put on the dresser upon arrival. Before this last piece was delivered, Rosa informed us it would not be put in the room where we wanted it, but instead delivered to our front door (dresser is 300 lbs), so we had to pay the delivery service extra to take it inside for us. The amount of money that we spent with Venicasa on the furniture set was significant enough to where they should have given us better service, and they definitely should not have delivered a defective piece of furniture, pretending they did nothing wrong. They refuse to replace it, and I am now faced with having to go to file a claim in court to get my money back. What I really want is a non-defective dresser. A very painful, disappointing experience!
