PSA: If you work as a manager at a store that targets young girls and teenagers, do not be so quick to kick them out of your store because they’re having too much fun with their friends! Instead, give them a great customer service. Ask them what they’re into these days, what their opinion is about your merchandise. How can you help them find what they’re looking for? These “kids” have HUGE buying potential. And as long as they’re not harming or disrespecting anyone, who cares if they’re laughing a little loud? Also, if you need to address them, ask them if they’re being accompanied by an adult. Finding out your 12 year old and her friends were kicked out of the store while you were just a short distance apart in same store seems completely unnecessary. Manager claimed they were running around and completely out of control. Mmmm… no they weren’t. 3 parents were there and witnessed. Now I see why that store is always empty. Loosen up and learn how to better manage this age group or your business will die fast I can guarantee it!

Placed an order online they sent the wrong item, tried to return it to this store as the return policy states, the store refused to take it back and would not even look at the order to see the item number matches its listing, totally unprofessional and a huge inconvenience not to mention very shady, UO as a habit if doing this according to online complaints.

This location it's still very new , but has a good selection of items . The store it's very organized and open space great for walking and actually shopping . The staff was friendly and I was able to find many sizes in jeans and shirts , which they normally sell out super fast .

very nice staff, the clothes cost a lot but I think it's more than worth it. they were super comfortable and fit amazing!english is not my first language but the staff seemed to understand me just fine, I made a few mistakes but she was really nice and easy to talk to! (even tho I have some trouble talking to people I don't know and usually get very stressed out)also, the bag they gave me for the clothes looks sooo cool, not one of those plastic or paper bags!!definitely recommend checking this place out, many clothes, many sizes (and a cool looking bag when you buy something lol)
