Quoted me $2500 to replace engine and tranmission mounts on a 20 year old car. Went to another shop and got it done for $600.
Update in response to the shop claiming they have no record of me as a customer:
I stopped by your shop on Tuesday, September 17 with a 2002 CL55, maybe that will refresh your memory. I'm not in your database because I'm not a customer of yours. If anyone is reading this, please do your research before moving forward with Motronix. They may be excellent at what they do, but I felt that they were trying to take advantage at that price, and it wasn't cool. OEM mounts are no more than $400, and it's only a 2-3 hour job.

Tesla Model S 2016
As soon as I described the issue I was having they had a pretty good idea of what the fix was before even touching the car
After diagnosis they confirmed the issue and said the part needed to be replaced. I came back at the agreed pick up time and he said he had great news for me.
The system had showed him a Tesla bulletin that showed how to repair the part rather than replace. He could have easily just replaced the part and I wouldn't have been the wiser. The cost was now 65% less than what was originally agreed upon.
All Tesla owners should make a it point to use them especially when Tesla appointments are running a month out

I had a vehicle battery issue while visiting the area and Motronix went above and beyond to help me out. I called many places to find help and the majority of others were lackluster to say the least. From the warm friendly customer service to the quick resolve, I cannot recommend them enough!

Great place for German automobiles. .. I purchased 4 new tires from Tire Rack and had them sent to Motronix to install. The shop was very clean and the staff was professional. I will definitely use them again.

Its Goodbye Motronix After 4 years and thousands of dollars spent on routine maintenance and repairs on my 3 cars its time to stop coming here Ive been around cars my whole life and know a thing or two about cars but I'm always confronted with Renato's condescending remarks towards me Always treating me as if I were a child...arrogant and insulting David the owner is a great guy , as is Manny Unfortunately Renato is the manager and the face who represents Motronix when David isn't there and he leaves a lot to be desired Instead of having a normal conversation regarding what's wrong with the car he'd rather argue and be disrespectful, today he raised his voice at me and that is simply not acceptable After 4 years of being a loyal customer Renato is forcing me not to return If you want expensive prices but a job well done then go to Motronix If you want to be treated with decency and respect go elsewhere This is my reward from Renato after giving them all my business Sorry David but facts are facts Things were better when Renato wasn't there, his arrogant demeanor might cost you other customers as well Goodbye Motronix
