I was not a tow customer but while crossing the street in Wilton manors the Macs towing driver was the only vehicle of 40 plus to actually stop and yield to me as a pedestrian.Iam grateful and would like to acknowledge that the courtesy is uncommon in South Florida but we need more of this professionalism and safety. Whoever you were I thank you. The time was 8:16 on 2023.12.01

The white Mac's tow truck pulling a Broward County long Bus swiped me off of the road hit and run on dash cam! Swiping my side pushing me off the road completely as I beeped the entire time with whiteness Broward County corporate will be getting this footage and Broward Sheriff's will be contacting the towing company and the bus company for the hit and run with wreckless driving! Would not recommend them at all! I almost lost my life to them...I will be posting on social media news the video footage as well to catch this driver who fled the seen.

It's one of "those outfits". They love to pack their tow yard for the weekend. They are closed you see. They rack up the storage charges.

With over a hundred cars stranded, they went above and beyond their duties, rescuing trapped passengers.This kind of dedication and care for fellow humans is a rare find in today's world. The Mac team proved they are more than just professionals who tow cars - they are compassionate individuals who genuinely care about people.On top of their heroic actions, they also did an outstanding job towing my car, which was completely totaled due to water damage. I wholeheartedly give Mac's 10 stars for their exceptional service and humanity.

Customer service is great at this place and the pricing was reasonable compared to other tow companies

They are cons. They will steal out your car. My car was there one hour before closing ? n they charged me damn near 350....
