Your truck driver unit 90 has crashed me, if I haven’t honked him…. I don’t know how your company hire these type of drivers, they even don’t know how to behave…. Reckless drivers…. White guy could have killed me…. Unprofessional drivers….

Very low pay, terrible dispatching. Their dispatchers Chris Correia, Chris Schmidt, and Brett Garren have limited knowledge in basic math. They book dangerous loads, especially runs that have their first 2 stops at night. I ended up making less than half the money I was promised. I don't think the owner Dusty is aware how badly their dispatch swamp is tarnishing his company's image. The trucks also have no fridge. The shop people and the HR people were friendly.

As a few others have stated, this company employs careless/reckless employees or it is simply how they manage their drivers which causes them to behave this way. Either way, they have drivers putting lives in danger with horrible driving behaviors.My experience is as follows:I was driving in Houston down a highway in the 4th lane to the left when I noticed a Rowland trucker merging from another highway coming straight at my lane. They merged 4 lanes over immediately after exiting the merge ramp. An action that I believe is not only illegal in Texas, but obviously very dangerous for others. I'm wondering if the driver even looked to see if it was safe, but I'd say they probably didn't since they changed 4 lanes in a matter of about 2 or 3 seconds. If I wasn't able to change lanes to the left most lane(5th and final lane on the highway) we would have been hospitalized that day or our car destroyed. We were already too far forward in relation to the truck and braking would have just had another part of the truck hit us.I've already reached out via email to report several days ago on the night it occurred, but I haven't heard from them. I do not recommend doing business with this company or you could be paying them while they carelessly put peoples lives at risk and they may also not even respond to your communication attempts timely at all.
