I bought a part from the Dade City auto zone and went to change my life time warranty part out and was told that the part was not from there then i told the Management the cashier that was working at the time of purchasing the part. He then told me no the f he was not working because he makes the schedule go to find out he was working that late like I said.

My experience..well,all Im saying is...a trailer ball that fits my bumper 50$...? Got a reciever that came with
1 7/8" and 2" balls for 20$ at Harbor Freight. I likely will not visit that Auto Zone in the future..

I went to the Auto zone in Dade City because my battery terminal were corroded. A young man name Floyd spent over an hour helping me with cleaning the terminal and then eventually putting a new battery on. He was very helpful and worked diligently to help a me. Thank Floyd you are top-tier. Stay Blessed!

This AutoZone location is no more than two miles from four other auto supply stores of various names. It's also hardly ever has the part I am seeking and must be ordered, having me return around closing or the following morning. Friendly staff, though it seems more cashiers than actually having working knowledge of the part seeking other than to look it up and give you the range of prices for the exact same part. Ironically, but no different than another major auto parts chain, they never have the cheapest in cost that shows up on their computer screen as if there was a run on them, right? The part is not out of stock it never was in stock, forcing the customer to pay more for the part. The argument is that those are cheaply made and will not last as long as the more expensive one. Give me the option, then try and upsale to a more expensive one, earn your pay. Plenty of parking not a store you can get in and out quick. Too many chiefs and not enough indians

Complete disaster. Purchased part I needed right then although it was at the Wesley Chapel store, verified it was there, my salesman asked for hands on verification, confirmed. Drove from Zephyrhills to Dade City, only to drive to Wesley Chapel, they did know anything about it despite 3 phone calls I witnessed, they couldn’t find the one part they confirmed they had. Store located it at Lutz Florida store. Where I r picked it up finally. After 4 stores and a lot of unnecessary hassle, I finally had my part, but also 125-150 miles and as much in diesel as the part was. Seriously think twice before going back, dire emergency only.

Went to Auto Zone looking for paint to repair damage. Andrew was wonderful. He took the time to actually walk out to my car to look at the color, see what the manufacturer listed and even showed me how to apply the paint. The manager was very patient and actually listened when I paid Andrew and the store compliments. Could not have asked for better service
