Tire wore out half way home to GA, they fixed us up and had us back on the road in 45 minutes on a SATURDAY!! Super nice, quick, and helpful! Tire not unreasonably priced either ?

I came in with two of my own tires to be mounted and sat or an hour+ before I finally got fed up and jacked my own car up to replace them. After I remove them they finally came to help me but not before I had to wait another hour for them to balance and dismount them. In the meantime we watched them do 4 of their buddies that had just pulled in after us and had them in and out in 30 minutes. I told him I have a 9 hour drive back home but I guess that didn’t matter. Wish I would’ve stopped literally anywhere else and now that I’m home I realized they also pocketed my discontinued valve caps and replaced them with generic ones. These guys don’t have any business touching cars and the only reason they’re still open is because it’s in the guys front yard to his house

Just waisted almost 1.5 hrs at this place. Stopped by Friday wanting a set of wheels swapped out to tires already on the truck. Told him about the TPMS sensors he said come tomorrow when they open. Sitting there as they open the doors. I had one bad sensor and knew it, I tried to buy one from them, tells me to go to napa they don't sell them but can program them. Go get all 4 new sensors just to be safe, come back he can't program them. While I was gone he dis-mounted the tires from the rims I was putting on the truck. So now I have to pay the dis-mount fee plus disposal fee. None of them even understand each other and tried to charge me $80 for inconveniencing me for over an hour. They then bickered back and forth in Spanish as the owner couldn't even understand what his employee told him to begin with. "Ooohhh, 40 dollar". Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere as now I have to myself as well.

they should be kept away from an impact wrench considering how many lugnuts they stripped on my vehicle all for a balancing. it was them, because the one wheel that didn't have issues came off just fine.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend went up to the front and asked how much a tire change would be. The lady said go around and ask Alex he was working but he just asked him a simple question and Alex decided to snap at him. He yelled and said I'm working you can wait. Horrible business manners.
