I had to cancel my appt for today and was having an issue with the phone app. The website came up as unsecured, so I drove to the location to personally cancel and try to rebook. There is no receptionist. Check in is by computer. An employee came to call a patient and I explained that I had tried to cancel and wasn't sure it had been completed. No scheduling is done at the office . I explained that I just wanted to make sure I was not a "no show", the girl cut me off mid-sentance telling me to cancel on the phone, turned her back to me and closed the door in my face. This all took less than 5 minutes. I dont know what kind of confrontation she was expecting, but I was only trying to do the right thing by making sure my appt was canceled properly. The employee's meaness was unwarranted.

I get my appointment after a month. When I arrive before my appointment they tell me that my doctor did not send the order internally to them, but they did not let me know before my appointment. Only when I am there. They suggest me to get my order on my own ASAP, and I do in literally 15m. They blame me (it is my fault apparently) and put me as walk-in waiting, even I say my son is not going to arrive on time to the school. I wait for 1h and only then, they told me they don’t have my test. Unbelievable. When I complaint about the lack of consideration they suddenly found one. Horrible customer service blaming the customer for the internal processes that do not work on their end.

I love that I'm able to check in from my phone. Wasn't sitting one min and my name was called. It was fast, I didn't have be stuck more than once and I was out there with all labs completed within 10 minutes

The phlebotomist was very good, professional yet friendly. I had an appointment and waited only a few minutes. Probably took about 5 minutes. Great!

The nurse was awesome. Usually, I get poked on different locations just to draw my blood. She perfectly picked the right spot to poke and drew my blood like magic. Fast and painless. Thank you

I haven't been there for a couple of months. Sometimes difficult to get an appointment for the next week. Usually need to reserve some weeks in advance. Need more appointments per day.
