Very good customer service. We went in to get some paint and rollers to touch up interior of house. The gentleman helping us made us aware of a sale and a special discount going on that we did not know about. This helped us save money and we appreciated that. Would definitely do business with again.

TJ Harness is an excellent employee and asset to the company.I recently bought a house and wanted to do some areas that needed touched up and not an entire house rehab and the remaining cans of paint for a hodgepodge of styles types dates colors etcWell TJ did his best Sherlock Holmes job and came up with what I needed. Great employee great attitude and he also got me a little money off.5 ⭐

Popped in to check on color samples for siding project.Nicole, the sales associate was super courteous and helpful!She looked up a color match to a competitors swatch that I brought in and then made several suggestions for similar color themes.She truly seemed happy to be working there!

My first experience in a SW store and it wasn't great. I had a voucher for a free gallon of paint from my Adams Home sale. When I presented the voucher to the salesman he gave me the third degree. Asking me if I used this before, I said no, and he kept asking and then telling me that if he puts in it and it shows up as used he can't accept it. Asking me why I scratched off the foil, if I scratched off the foil, was there foil...I mean geez. After the 5th time of telling him how I got it (in a sherwin williams folder attached to a welcome letter), when I got it, and why...he only THEN scanned in the coupon and gave me my paint. WOW. You don't get treated like that at Home Depot. Which is where I'm going to go from now on. If you're going to give out vouchers for paint, train your staff on how to react. If he would've keyed in the code FIRST before assuming I was trying to get one over on him, this all could've been avoided.

I own Citrus Paint & Repair and this is the only Sherwin Williams we love to use. The staff is always more than friendly and take the time to be personable with their customer. It doesn't get any better than that as a business owner.
