What a great Ford dealership! While traveling,
we needed to schedule a service appointment. The online process was easy and immediately followed up with a text message and a phone call. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smile, vehicle was taken, and we were directed to a comfy waiting room, complete with donuts and popcorn. As we listened to staff interact with other customers, it was apparent that this facility puts their customers first. Every interaction with the staff was positive. If we lived here, we would definitely return to this dealership.

All the service men in that department were extremely knowledgeable and kind. Came in to replace a battery. Had it done in no time. Didn't have to come back with an appointment. Did it right then and there. Exceptional process.

Unsure where to start, but from the beginning to the end, I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience!
From my salesman, Anthony Malec, going above and beyond by delivering me my new car nearly 2 hours away... to Patrick Johnson (GM) treating me like i was a party of his own family.
We were able to complete the entire purchase remotely and without me having to step foot in the store once.
Highly recommend!

Earlier in the year Jenkins Ford replaced the engine in my vehicle. Yes is was expensive but expected. With that the work was completed days ahead of schedule and held no surprises. At the first oil change a defect was discovered when removing the factory installed oil filter. Jenkins didn't hesitate. They set me up in a new loaner and had my car fixed a day later at no cost to me. Service staff very courteous and fun to chat with. My experience with DJ and everyone else at Jenkins is a positive 2 for 2. Thumbs way up!

UPDATE*** SALES DEPARTMENT 5 Star service was provided today. Between Anthony, Mr.G Watt, Edwin I was able to get pretty much everything I wanted, that they had control over. Anthony is a superstar sales person who goes above and beyond. Ford is lucky to have him represent them. The whole showroom floor crew was nice and accommodating
Compared to all other Ford Service center's I've dealt with Jenkin's is the most customer friendly. Aaron, my service tech was very kind and let me know what was going on though the process. Very short wait time for call backs. I will past by Nicholas Ford every time, headed to Jenkins Ford for my truck and purchase needs.

So I bought my truck a few months ago 2023 Ford F150. I had a recall on it and I must say the service department was way better than I expected! I took my truck in for kinda a silly reason and I was told we will just replace it under warranty. I want to say thank you to Aaron!! Ask for Aaron if you want to feel taken care of! Again thank you Aaron and the Mechanic that worked on my truck!
