Big shout out to Daniel, David and Joe at Movers One. We were quoted a 10 hour job and these guys did it in 7. All of our belongings were wrapped and packed so carefully. They were professional and kind and took care of our things as if it was their own. Thanks to Tim as well for coordinating and answering all of our questions. 10/10 highly recommend, definitely a 5 star company!!

We are moving long distance and the team just finished loading our UPack trailer! Movers One team sure relieved much stress of moving. The team started with a personal visit evaluating our needs, followed by great coordination and communication for moving day, then topped off their service with a superior moving/loading team, gentle, caring and professional! We just used Movers One on 6/29 and were very impressed. Our movers, Danny & David were awesome! They worked at an incredibly efficient pace despite the heat index being over 100 degrees. I don’t think they even stopped to take a break in the 7 hour (including drive time) project. They were friendly, communicative, and took care to make sure all of our possessions arrived safely. If you’re looking for help, look no further and make sure to ask for Danny & David.

The move could not have gone better.Tim was up front with the details and went out of his way in preparation. On moving day the crew started early and worked a long hard day. They worked fast and carefully. They were friendly, cooperative and never sat down. Really couldn't ask for a better experience.

I would use this service again. Tim got back to me the same day I called and was able to schedule me on the day I requested. The two men who did the actual hard work were very professional and thorough. I was pleased with the work and the price.

I would highly recommend Movers One.Tim was a great coordinator, very friendly, and was extremely knowledgeabsle. If there were any concerns or questions Tim answered immediately. The crew was fantastic very neat, friendly and conscientious and took great care in moving our furniture and belongings. We scheduled movers to help us unload a couple of pods. We were told there is a 4 hour minimum and the movers start at 9 a.m. Unfortunately after we originally scheduled, we had to reschedule because our pods got delayed, which meant a recent price increase for the movers. Unfortunate for us, but it is what it is. So on moving day, it's nearly 9:30 a.m. in the morning and still no movers. We find out they have gone to the wrong address. Once they arrived, they were really friendly and great workers. (Surprised they had no shoulder dollies to assist with our heavy items, though.) They finished up 3 hours later and presented us with a bill for almost 5 hours work, plus a gas surcharge. Wait! What? We understand there's a 4 hour minimum, but you only worked here 3 hours. They told us their day starts at 8 a.m. So, you get lost and expect me to pay for the extra time? So they got Boss A on the phone (the person we originally scheduled with) who wanted to make it right by the customer, but Boss B is buying the business and he backs up his guys and says the charge is right. Finally, after much back and forth, Boss B agrees to take $50 off the bill. You charge over $100 an hour, your guys were at our house for 3 hours, so we still overpaid for what we agreed to. If not for the great workers, I would give zero stars.

I have learned the hard way to get things in writing as I only dealt with Movers One by telephone. While the manager Tim was accommodating in moving my move date cause by hurricane IAN, I was only advised based on what I said I had in furniture and boxes to move from my deceased mothers studio apartment at Grand Living it would take about 4 hours and the rate was $100 an hour and there would be 2 movers.On the date of move 3 movers arrived by choice of the company. They loaded and unloaded in about 2 hours. I was presented a bill for $420 including a gas surcharge. They chose to send an additional mover and at this point I was told the minimum was 4 hours by Tim on speakerphone whom had quite an attitude.The actual movers, Ryan, Alex, and Bri were kind and efficient. Tim handled the situation very poorly and unprofessionally/argumentative. I felt both deceived and uncomfortable. I was never told of a minimum or a surcharge. I felt I was taken advantage of in a vulnerable state. I paid them $400 cash to get them to leave and will never deal again with or recommend Movers One.
