Outstanding service. Very sweet people! I found a Kia Rio on Carfax that was listed for 13k. Dealership said they'll honor the price and then turned around and said that they don't know why Carfax has it listed for 13k when their website says 15k. We haven't reached an agreement on the car and they tried to have me sign a piece of paper that had the breakdown of the total cost of said car. They also offered me $100 for my car. Reached out to Carfax and they said that the dealership gives them info on the car including the price. Make it make sense. Don't buy from these guys.

I was looking for a Chevy equinox used car 2020 with a 2 L turbo engine. I called Jenkins and they said they had one. I specifically said are you sure it's a 2 L turbo they said yes I went there took me a long time to get there, test drove the car. It was not very responsive, I pop the hood and it was not a 2 L turbo it was a 1.5 L. Also the car had extensive interior damage by the sunvisor and I asked was a current an accident. The salesman said he didn't think so. I said well I think it was he looked it up and he then confirmed. Yes it was so not very happy with the sales people at Jenkins. They lied to you.

The only reason it has 1 Star is because I couldn't select 0!We have a new Kia less than a year old. AC Compressor goes out and it takes them over 3 weeks for parts to get us in for a repair. They didn't return several calls asking about parts or the use of a demo car while waiting for repairs. I wouldn't recommend a KIA and 100% wouldn't recommend JENKINS KIA!

My sweetie and I went to look at a suv at Jenkins Kia of Crystal River and was immediately greeted by Roger as soon as we pulled up who was very helpful and professional, he even gave me a tour of his own personal vehicle which is very nice by the way. Although we initially spoke with Rich who also was very helpful he put us in excellent hands with Roger who was there every step of the process. Great overall experience, and would definitely recommend.

I had new tires installed but had a problem with the rims after the tires were installed. It took some time, but Devin and the service/customer support staff came through and took care of me and I am so ecstatic. I thought I would have issues but I am very satisfied.

If there was a negative star rating times 100 I would leave it..I spoke to salesman and explained to him that I wanted to come in and get numbers on buying a car, cash sale..he was very nice and they must have ignored what we asked for..they advertised a car online and when you get there they try and charge you a different price, this was all done by management not the salesman..I have bought 4 cars and know how to negotiate and as the customer it is on my terms not yours..you will not try and pressure me and have an attitude that I do not want your offer when I explained I would not be buying it that day and it would be at the end of the week..your car you had online for 24000. Jumped to 34995 when I went there..they did not want to give me any numbers for buying the car..advertised online car for 24,000 with my trade they wanted to charge me 32,000 with the 6500..trade in, wonder why you have no one in your showroom..went to another dealership the next day for the same car and same price on the internet and I walked out and paid 8000.00 less!! You are not the only car dealer around and you tried to rip me off..I walked out the door at the other dealership for 24895.77! So glad I drove an hour you will see on paper on the first 3 pictures from this dealership and the last one from when I purchased my car on Tuesday in another county...you try and keep your money local and this is what you get! Almost forgot when you have a car in your showroom, you should take pride and clean it before displaying it..under the hood was filthy and dirty...

I called about a specific Sportage, a $32,000 car - the manager sent me back the numbers for a $46,000 car! A $14, 000 difference!!! She tried to convince me that this car was a much better deal?? If I had wanted to purchase a $46,000 car that's what I would have inquired about- Unfortunately, by the time the numbers were sent over on the car I actually called about, I was too disgruntled to purchase from this dealership even though I would have definitely purchased the car if they had provided me what I asked them for.

I was in the market for a new car and checked out Jenkins Kia of Crystal River. I worked with Rich. He was very kind and I would say more forthright than most dealers, however like other dealers he insisted on selling me the car he wanted me to buy and not the car I wanted to buy. They added thousands of dollars in overpriced unnecessary dealer accessories and refused to take them off to make the car deal happen. There are lots of Kia dealers out there so I walked.It's a strange time we're in where dealers prefer to give customers an unpleasant experience and price gouge them for every dollar they can get rather than establish a good business relationship and create legacy customers to bring their family and kids in for generations. It's disgusting but hopefully the new FTC regulations will go through and at least curb some of the corruption.

Ed from parts found the part I needed then escorted me to the cashier and checked out with me! I felt like Royalty!Above and beyond service nice job. I looked over my shoulder on the way out half expecting him to show me to my car. Lol

Over the past year we have had three vehicles serviced at this dealership, one vehicle that I had purchased elsewhere and needed to have it serviced and two vehicles that we purchased from them. Not one of the three vehicles was ever serviced / repaired correctly. What was very disturbing was that our 2018 Sorrento THAT I PURCHASED ELSEWHERE, was unsafe to drive because computers steer the vehicle {it has an electric motor and not power steering) and it would not drive in a straight line. The service department told us there was nothing wrong and it was safe to drive. Interesting FYI, we knew it wasn’t safe and Mike Boswell, one of the hardest working, most attentive and best salesman that I have ever dealt with over my 53 years of buying vehicles, realized that I was angry and took that 2018 Sorrento in on trade. I later found out that they could not put that 2018 Sorrento on the sales lot because they could not safety certify it. When it was my car it was safe to drive but when it became their car they could not safely certify it to sell it. The Mazda that I purchased from them and now own, Coast Mazda of Port Richey has worked tirelessly repairing all of the Jenkins Kia dealer’s repair mistakes i.e. a cross threaded mounting bolt in the motor mount causing the motor mount to be loose and cause engine vibration throughout the framework of the my Mazda, oversights and “deliberate” non-repairs. STAY AWAY FROM THE CRYSTAL RIVER JENKINS KIA DEALERSHIP and GO TO PORT RICHEY COAST MAZDA!!!! They were repairing a Jaguar when I was there today repairing the CROSS THREADED motor mount bolt so I’m sure they can repair any car that you own. FYI, I am not blind siding /talking behind the back of the Crystal River Jenkins Kia dealership, everything written here I have PREVIOUSLY sent to Don Jenkins Automotive Group, the owner of Crystal River Jenkins Kia.
