I called the store to schedule a hitch install about 10 days ago and felt as though the staff answering the phone were rude and talked down to you. I did have a good experience with the technician that called me back to explain what I needed. I ordered the part and called today to schedule the install and received the same rude response from the scheduling staff. I asked for a manger and it didn’t get any better. I should have trusted my gut instinct when I read the reviews before calling. Having it installed at another store.

It's hard to get an appointment but they do know what they're doing. They installed a brake controller on my Jeep in a few hours after other places had turned me away, and the price for the work was reasonable.

We had a hitch installed on our car to be towed behind a motorhome. It was an excellent experience. Jackie got the quote back to us quickly and told us how long it would be before the parts were in and actually tracked them! They predicted how long it would take to install the equipment and were right on. The mechanic Sean (sp?) explained to us very clearly how to hook everything up etc. and answered all our questions. We highly recommend Hitch Central of Crystal River.

Great experience! Got a hitch and wiring done for my little car. Took 2-3 weeks total to have it put on. Very reasonable. Once it was confirmed that the part was coming in, it was scheduled to be put on. Saved a lot of time that way. Cost with labor was worth it. Installed in less than 2 hours. Yes the ladys up front can be crabby, but please give them a break. I'm sure they deal with women who dont know what they need, and rude men who think they know everything. Just be nice and they will be nice.

Terrible customer service. The two lazy, grumpy, and non-caring ladies that work the phones and front desk were enough to make me never ever call or set foot in there again. Even if they knrw, of or had the part I wanted for free I wouldn't take it. To the owners of this business, if I wanted to order a product online I would be in your STORE.
