I went into STO on July 22nd to check on prices and scheduling to get ceramic tinting on my F150. To my surprise, the tint tech said if I was interested, he could get me done within the next 2 hours! So I said “go for it!” And sat in the showroom and watched tv while I waited. In no time, my truck was done and I was on my way. Second vehicle I have had tinted at STO and I was very pleased both times. I definitely recommend this local business!

Some of the worst customer service I have ever been a part of. The owner and technician are very rude and disrespectful when it was a simple problem that they made. I had to take it back multiple times they left crossmember bolts loose tie rods loose truck caught heavy death shake at 70 miles an hour, but they claimed it was nothing they did.that could've caused that. Then I brought it back the technician told me that they left bolts loose and not torque and apologize for it, but then still had to buy more parts from that happening that wasn't even nine months old from when they were installed. They claim it was nothing to do with them. And on top of that they marked the parts up over 100% markup. Learned my lesson you can't Always trust all local business owners

If I could rate this place negative stars I would. The only reason one would go to a place like this is for the expertise in regard to aftermarket truck parts and accessories. Ordered a tonneau cover through them decided that I would have them install 2 days later. The man that I ordered from was quite rude to begin with but decided to go through with the purchase anyway. When I brought my truck in for the installation it took just over an hour before they informed me that they had ordered the wrong one and when they did the woman at the front desk made it seem as if it were my fault that they ordered the wrong one. They said because I didn't tell them that the bed had the rail system and I said, no no you never asked. Also, the man that I ordered it from actually looked at the bed. The soonest they could get one in was January 4th so obviously asked for my money back and left.
Overall, lazy, very poor customer service, and not great pricing. Way better off just ordering online and installing yourself. Will never be going back to this place.

I have no idea how this place is still in buisness. I used to go here, but heard a lot of bad things about the owners/managers, mostly from the workers and local businesses. I was quoted $350 to mount and balance 4 wheels and tires. Ha!!!! It used to be $25 per wheel and tire. Not sure how the price goes that far up. Go elsewhere and get treated better by workers for a better price

STO did an outstanding job! Do not use the "Wheel & Tire" place on N. Ferdinand in Crestview. They tried to charge me almost double what STO offered! Thanks for the work! My rear inner axle needed replacing, not my whole axle as Crestview Wheel & Tire tried to push on me to do.

I was very hesitant to have my vehicle windows tinted but I wanted the benefits of less heat and better visibility with ceramic tent. Zach helped me out with choosing a tent shade that worked for me. Very professional business with cut and dry prices. No BS. I will definitely recommend to anyone.
