I brought my dad in to look at a truck he’s had his eyes on & our experience was fantastic. our salesman was Zaric & i can’t say enough good things about him and this store! Purchased my 2019 Ford Ranger at Ford Crestview in September of 2019 and have returned to the dealership for all service appointments. Recently, I returned for an oil change/tire rotation and received great service from Chris Manning, Service Advisor. Chris answered all my questions and explained what would be completed at the appointment.

Don't recommend taking your vehicle here for anything other than oil changes. My truck has sat there waiting to be fixed since June 5th. That's 13 weeks. Everybody seems helpful but in all reality nothing changes.

Let me save you some time: DON"T COME HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!!
I read through all of the comments and stopped at 4 years of the same complaints as mine below. The best of the best are the comments where the the company replied with a person and phone number to contact for resolution, only to go back into the same poor customer service loop... lots of customer phone calls and messages and no return call.
There are huge problems in the service department. When FORD sets as service/repair appointment for the customer, perform the work and keep the customer informed. Don't leave their vehicle sitting on the lot for days without looking at it and require the customer to chase down a status. Then when FORD says, "We have to reschedule your appointment that we set for your vehicle, were not able to take care of your vehicle. We’ll call within 24 hours and provide you an appointment", call the customer and give them a date when the vehicle can be looked at. Don't make the customer, chase down the service advisor, leave message after message, and finally elevate the issue to the service manager. After the diagnostic appointment, when the service advisor tells you they will call within 24 hours to provide a date for a repair appointment, don't make the customer chase down the service advisor for 10 days to get a repair appointment.

Ford Crestview uses appointment based scheduling for oil changes, despite arriving 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment I waited approximately two and a half hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation, never again. Staff was polite, however, their operation was very inefficient. I would not use them again.

We were shopping for an SUV a little bigger than our Edge. We looked at a couple of vehicles and allowed Danny to share some numbers. After not being happy with the amount they wanted as down payment. So we decided we’d probably wait a longer until we buy. They called back an hour or so later with a deal on a new Explorer. The numbers matched our price point. Jacob Simmons worked with Danny and they not only met our price point, they conducted the paperwork remotely and delivered the vehicle to our home, picking up our trade in as well. Thank you, Danny and Jacob! Yall are top notch!
