I am a provider, I have a patient who speaks Spanish, and she was told, I did not sent sent any medication, I personally called the pharmacy, and the pharmacist told me that since the patient did not speak English, they could not help her. , and she has to find someone who speak English. This type of response is frustrating for a patient, when there are many methods of communication or how to identify a patient. There is no empathy or cultural competence in the answers the pharmacist gave me. I feel very sorry for the patients who do not speak English and who live in that area, it is a shame, not being able to put yourself in the patient's shoes.

This comment is especially for a person who according to her is called "Simone", (dark hair, speaks Spanish and has glasses, was wearing a dark gray sweater at 7:50pm today 12/13/23) I have been many times to this Walgreens and the first time that they serve me this badly, in general they are very friendly, but this lady was super rude and did not greet me when I arrived or when I paid, I bought some pills and chocolates from Venezuelan brands that they have at a stand and not all of them have the price listed, therefore when I told him to tell me the price of the chocolate, Carre made a bad gesture, I told him that I would not take one of the chocolates and he made the gesture AGAIN, and finally when he was going to pay, I told her that I wanted to use the discount coupon (which they always give when making a purchase, for the first time it occurred to me to use it) and the young lady made THE GESTURE ONE MORE TIME, and turned to look at the other man who was standing there. back, which seemed extremely RUDE on his part and I told him, what's the matter, why are you making that gesture and he said "for nothing" but I told him for nothing, I don't know that you do it for some reason, I imagine it's because you used the coupon. (which he didn't even discount, long live her) and I told him if I want to use a coupon I use it for that reason they exist to be used, and he said that supposedly it was taking me but if you can count the minutes you would realize that it doesn't last more than 5 minutes at the checkout, so I told her "I'm sorry, you should be kinder, and you don't know how to be customer service, because I have the right and if they don't have the prices posted with more reason, I need to ask, that girl does NOT know how to be customer service." , and it's a shame that THEY DISCRIMINATE OTHERS FOR NOT HAVING MORE MONEY OR FOR USING A COUPON, what an injustice, it seems SUPER RUDE AND RUDE, I BELIEVE THAT ABOVE ALL, ANY HUMAN BEING DESERVES RESPECT, MISS MORE HUMILITY PLEASE, AND NO TO DISCRIMINATION!!! Thank you. I hope they can do something with that girl, it's the first time someone has treated me like that at this Walgreens! This comment is especially for a person who according to her is called "Simone", (dark hair, speaks Spanish and has glasses, was wearing a dark gray sweater at 7:50pm today 12/13/23) I have been many times to this Walgreens and the first time that they served me this badly, in general they are very friendly, but this lady was super rude and did not greet me when I arrived or when I paid, I bought some pills and chocolates from Venezuelan brands that they have at a stand and not all of them have the price listed, therefore when I told him to tell me the price of the chocolate, Carre made a bad gesture, I told him that I would not take one of the chocolates and he made the gesture AGAIN, and finally when he was going to pay, I told her that I wanted to use the discount coupon (which they always give when making a purchase, for the first time it occurred to me to use it) and the young lady made THE GESTURE ONE MORE TIME, and turned to look at the other man who was standing there. back, which seemed extremely RUDE on his part and I told him, what's the matter, why are you making that gesture and he said "for nothing" but I told him for nothing, I don't know that you do it for some reason , I imagine it's because you used the coupon. A few years ago, my husband and I went to Walgreens. We were looking for a sleeping aid (Zzzquil). My husband's first language is Spanish, so he needed to learn how to pronounce the product's name. To our surprise, the "young lady" and Afro-American women started "laughing" about my husband's mispronunciation with another employee; they realized I was behind them. After a while, I went there again to buy some stuff and found her in a "Management" position. What's the point? Walgreens should always make sure that their employees are capable of being professional, respectful, and non-discriminatory policy to anybody, mainly because they are a big company, and this type of situation could end in serious legal trouble and ruin their image, just saying.

They should close this Walgreens - managed very poorly, repeated bad experiences at Pharmacy but so many mislabeled items and incorrect pricing mistakes. Just be sure to double-check what you’re paying for if you go there.

This store has the rudest employees. I have ever experienced in a Walgreens. I didn’t have my wallet so I went back home to grab my ID for a pack of cigarettes because they wouldn’t accept a pic of my ID. Fine, I go back homeAnd get my wallet to show proper ID. The associate I originally went to had a sarcastic attitude when I showed her I had my ID then talking badly about me to her coworker behind the counter while I’m paying for my stuff as if I couldn’t hear her. Come to find out she’s a supervisor. Low class, ghetto management I tell you.

This is my number 1 Walgreens. Besides being close to where I live the staff is always helpful and friendly. The store is organized and clean. A great shopping experience.

Almost all of the time that I go to submit or pick-up a prescription at the local Walgreens there is a long line with a long wait. I first went at 11:50am and there was a long line. You had limited staff given that you also had people waiting to get vaccinated. Often times you have customers who do not come prepared, perhaps even having filled out forms online before showing up for the vaccination appointment. Your good, prepared customers are paying the consequences for the ones that do not care to be prepared. I had to leave and return after 3pm and still there was a line at that time, except that it moved a bit faster. In both cases the wait time was unacceptable. You need to properly staff your store, because the lines are a sign that the store is busy. Don't try to keep all the revenue for the store. Provide a reasonable customer experience!

Been in line for 20 minutes and the line hasn’t even moved by one customer. Zero sense of urgency. There must be 6 ppl working in the pharmacy so it’s simply a lack of training. I would have gotten the script faster if I bought them online and had them delivered to my house.

The Worker " CICI" was extremely rude, i have been coming to this Walgreens for years and have never had a bad experience until now. Usually everyone is friendly and helpful, but when i asked for help she was very dismissive. I asked if she could help me find a product ( phone charger) that was supposed to be in the charger section. She pointed at a section and told me to look for it myself and rolled her eyes as if i was annoying her, then she continued talking to her male coworker. The male coworker was nice enough to see i needed help, and he made the inititive to walk to the section and help me. The woman came along yet the whole time she was giving me attitude talking to me as if i was stupid, like "yeah, thats the one look you see "?? and trying to rush helping me as if i was her little sister being a pest or something. She needs to be made aware this is a business not her home. I never take the time to write reviews, im usually very busy but this was The worst customer service. She made me feel so degraded by her unnecessary behavior.

Terrible customer service!!!!!Cashiers were great but the manager on duty needs customer service training. Both myself and another customer had an issue with an order placed online and he couldn’t assist in any way and just brushed both of us off. Fast forward... I picked up an online order and was charged a delivery fee and tip fee per my receipt. I spoke to cashier and was told to call customer service.I spoke to customer service and was told to call the store. I contacted the store to inquire about it per refund etc. He brushed me off and told me,”It’s not my store.(as in he is filling in at a sister store).Call Monday! It doesn’t matter it’s one day.”This is the same manager who initially stated I didn’t have an order to pick up.Although I did.Never shop online per Walgreens again.

So I ordered through Walgreens website.Paid delivery and even provided a tip.Received message stating that order was rescheduled. So I decided to go pick up order. Only to get to store to find that although I used the stores website, they utilize door dash as the delivery service. The problem here is that although I picked up my order I was still charged a delivery fee and tip per my receipt. There was no way for the cashier to update order because it was through door dash. FYI please note that there appears to be a loop hole in door dashes service delivery.Although I picked up my order, once order is picked it is assumed the door dasher picked it up. So now I'm getting the run around for $8.99.Walgreens says call door dash.Door dash says it on Walgreens.
