Recently upgraded my phone online and after having an issue simply shipping my old phone back at a UPS store I decided to try to drop off my old phone / trade in at this factory store per Version's guidance.... when I checked in there were 2 people ahead of me in the queue and 6-7 staff on the floor so I waited, and waited, and waited.... after 60 min I was ready to go but wasted another 30 min figuring I already lost an hour what's another few minutes.... after waiting a total 90 min I finally gave up as they had only helped 1 new customer in 90 min!!! When I left there was at least 5 more people waiting and another 5 or more who came in and just left without even putting their names on the list.

I first want to thank Marsha at the University Drive location, she did an outstanding job transferring my service from AT&T (which was awful) to Verizon. I’ve never had anybody complete so much in so little time. Professional, courteous, and polite. In this demanding world, it’s nice to have such wonderful people out there who take great care in what they do!

Hi,I visited this location after seeking to compare my bill with my current cellular provider. I originally spoke with Marsha, but I later set an appointment for the next day with another specialist. Every time I consulted with Marsha, she kept mis-pronouncing my first name but I brushed it off because it’s a usual occurrence and she apologized.However, she printed out my quote and literally spelled my name wrong after I already checked in with the correct spelling and explained to her how it was pronounced and spelled. I especially found it strange and offensive because no one ever deliberately spelled it that wrong in all my years of life.I was considering Verizon, but due to the service I will be staying loyal to my current provider. Please make sure all of your associates are addressing customers and future customers properly, or at least with some respect.Thank you.

Terrible service. We've been with verizon for 26 years and this location has terrible customer service. The manager was nasty and rude when a problem was given to him. He refused to accept an exchanged phone after I spoke to 3 customer service reps stating I can. Instead of being sympathetic for the communication issue among the company he started to raise his voice and got defensive acting like he knew everything throwing his hands like I told you so. Disgusting behavior I've never experienced this before and hope the manager changes. Would give zero stars if I could.

We came in to get an upgrade on my phone. The man checked us in and he talked to us about ordering a 15 pro. He was incredibly nice and answered all of our questions.A woman came from the back and said to him "take appointments I don't want to stay late" . He said something and quietly to her and she shook her head yes.He told us that we were going to have to make an appointment because they were closing. We said a lot of are you serious and we already checked in. He said yeah, we are short handed & I said there are 3 people up there and they are being helped. My husband looked at his phone to look at the time. He said that it's only 6.20 and you close at 7. He had talked us into a 15 pro and we only had to sign up to have it sent to us. It was none of his fault. It was the lazy woman that evidently doesn't want people renewing their phone service. We may just go to AT&T. Check the other reviews on here.

Joseph helped me set up a business account. I had worked with xfinity before but they were not able to help me set up the account I wanted. I came to Verizon and Joseph expertly helped me set up my business account in a quick and professional manner. He is an expert when it comes to phone services, highly recommend asking for him!

My shopping experience at this store was characterized by a distinct lack of proactive customer service. I spent a significant amount of time—approximately 15 to 20 minutes—exploring the store, yet not a single employee approached to offer assistance. This noticeable lack of initiative was disappointingly evident among the staff, who appeared more engrossed in their personal devices than attending to customers.Despite this glaring service issue, the store did have some redeeming aspects. It was noticeably clean and well-organized, which made navigating the space easy and pleasant. Nevertheless, the lack of proactive service casts a significant shadow over these positives, leading to an overall disappointing visit. The staff’s priority should be customer satisfaction, which unfortunately was not the case during my visit.

Absolutely awful.I walked into this location and waited a hard 10 minutes and no one even greeted me.I assume because I wasn’t wearing a business suit and looked like I was made of money, they didn’t think I was a sale to them.Little did they know I was buying equipment and upgrading my phone. I left and took the online route instead.Never been back since.
