Visited store recently with my daughter and became sick right away unbeknownst to us the store had mold growth throughout the entire hvac system emitting all over the store. Needless to say we figured out thereafter why we felt sick entering the store. Shame on old navy and Simon mall for allowing customers to breath and purchase merchandise that has spores all over it. I will not let this go because of the major health risk we have been exposed to. We are now constantly sick. Luckily we have photo and video proof of the moisture buildup and black mold.This is unacceptable and will be escalated further.

I don't buy clothes often, but when I do I shop at Old Navy every two to three years. I bought four pairs of shirts - two T-shirts, one long-sleeve and a button down. Overall pleasant shopping experience with finding styles that appeal to me and the fitting room is accessible. Plenty of other items in season and in stock. I also appreciate the discounts on select products.

Lots of choices for everyone. I love the family matching outfits! I get to match with my daughter all the time! I am a bigger women and they have clothes that look very good on me which is hard to find because I recently gave birth and have a huge mommy pooch. That being said they have very cute stuff for slimmer people as well.

Shame on you old navy. Brought pants 29.99 and went 5 days beyond return date and manager refused to honor a store credit! Never shop at old navy again!! I have been shopping here for over 30 years. Good bye. Beware!! No forgiveness or customer service!!

I tried to return my shirts and pants and they didn't allow me even with the tags on the items. Bad costumer service no explanation and very rude service. They treat costumers like nothing.

Quality Garments for all in one Store . Prices are affordable and Staff are friendly and helpful. Where else can one find Clothes under 10 bucks even during Thanksgiving sale !! Don't worry , if you don't get your size .. they'd get it shipped for you free of cost - Happy Shopping
