Me and my husband had an extraordinary experience with Sleep Expert Joshua. He made an assessment of what kind of mattress we were looking for versus the mattresses they offered and we found the perfect match. We never experienced that kind of educational service/and / or assessment in our lives, that's why we always selected the incorrect mattresses over the years. This is a great store! We were there on a Sunday to purchase a new mattress and box springs set. We knew what we wanted as we'd done (exhaustive) research on mattresses. Rob and Joshua greeted us when we walked in and assisted us in a professional yet friendly manner. Rob did offer some alternatives to the mattress we wanted; however, he was not pushy at all. He was merely sharing suggestions as the mattress we wanted was not in stock, and delivery would be delayed. We opted to purchase our original choice, and left with an estimated delivery date of the follow week on Wednesday. Rob and Joshua told us if we had any questions between our purchase and the delivery to give them a call at the store.The delivery was done when promised by two friendly delivery guys. They set up the new mattress and box springs, and removed the old mattress and box springs. They were respectful of our home, and were quick!Overall, I highly recommend this location. The staff are friendly, they deliver what they promise, and the pricing is competitive.

Rob was absolutely spectacular. Josh was also very helpful but Rob helped us find the perfect mattress even though it was a total Goldilocks experience my mom and I highly recommend this mattress firm for anyone looking to make their sleep life better.

The store manager Rob was absolutely amazing. Best customer service I have received in I don’t know how long. I will always go see Rob. What an amazing experience. A true professional. Explained all of the options and products. Love everything I purchased and I will definitely be back. To the corporate office… hire more people like the store manager Rob. Thank you!
