Excellent service from Nitai and Kelia. Greeted us as soon as we entered the store . I know that sounds like such a small thing , but salesmanship is a lost art. Kelia kept checking in with us even though she was busy with a customer. As soon as Nitai was finished with his customer he stepped in to see what he could do for us. I would 100% recommend this location and company for all your mattress needs. Nitai was very thorough explaining the different types of mattresses , bed frames and firmness. I can’t wait to get my new mattress. Oh I didn’t mention the great prices . They totally beat all the prices in the area for my type of mattress because I did my homework. Thank you for making my shopping experience so effortless.

I can’t speak highly enough about the wonderful customer, service and professionalism exhibited on full display here at this Mattress Firm. We purchased a mattress and the sales person Nitai, couldn’t have been any more helpful and kind. During a time when customer service is such a rarity , it was such a breath of fresh air. Nitai was helpful throughout the whole process and extremely kind. This makes doing business so much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this store for purchasing your new bed. They were wonderful.

I had the most surprisingly stress-free and pleasant experience this evening in the store with Frederick. He assisted with patience while giving me knowledge in purchasing a mattress that was comfortable and most fitting to my liking! I would recommend this store because of the excellent service I received from Fred. Thank you Fred for making my mattress investment so easy!

What an am amazing shopping experience. The customer service was impeccable and I cannot wait to go back to get myself a bed. We got a bed for my daughter and I never saw her smile so much. I would definitely highly recommend this place anybody else and they do it through progressive leasing or you could do Lisa on IAM a teacher, and this was affordable for my budget and the product is a quality

After visiting a couple of department stores looking for a mattress, I came to Mattress Firm. I was pleasantly surprised by their friendly and down -to -Earth sales person Kelia. She knew what questions to ask so she could meet my needs. She listened to my concerns and showed me a few options without trying to upswell me. She pulled out a few mattresses for me to try. Comfort was important to me, so I’m glad I was able to lay on the mattresses. This was something I could not do if I ordered the mattress online. Other stores that I visited had higher delivery charges and longer delivery waits. Mattress Firm offered reasonable delivery rates within just a few days. I bought a mattress in less than 40 minutes total at a good price. The best part of my experience was the feeling of being understood and the ease of the entire transaction. The male salesperson( can’t recall his name) was also very helpful on the phone the day before the delivery. I had paid for delivery but then found some help , so I didn’t need the installation. He explained the steps to follow to get my delivery fee refunded, and the delivery went very smoothly. The drivers were empathetic and friendly and they were on time. Next time I need a mattress, I will come directly to Mattress Firm without hesitation. Thank you!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! Kelia Was super helpful, kind and patient with me as we tried multiple mattresses to get my taste down. Then she showed me mattresses in my price range. Wonderful people in that mattress firm, would highly recommend.

I visited the mattress firm on Westview Dr and university. It was a very pleasant experience. The sales rep, David was very friendly, genuine and straightforward, so is his manager. I will strongly recommend this shop for your mattress needs.
