Very friendly staff. Variety of clothing for newcomers to the country or for people with little income.

10 mins before closing time I was told I can’t come in. I’ve never been told. I can’t come into a store 10 minutes before closing before.

I wonder if this Goodwill is a franchise because everything is so expensive in here. No women clothing is going to be less than $7 and the things you do find for $5 are old and really damaged. I have seen things from Shein for $15 USED!!! Only go here if you’re looking for home decor I have found really good stuff. You have to be patient in this store and look to find good deals.

To be honest, this store isn’t bad, especially for a Goodwill. Ana, Matsua, and the rest of them are all great. But one rotten egg ruins a whole omelette, and Nora is a rotten egg. She is rude, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. She is the kind of person who likes to abuse her power to torture others, with the way I’ve seen her treat her employees. I have no idea how Goodwill put someone like her in a managerial position, but it says a lot about them as an organization that they did. Another employee comes to mind who is also rude, but NO WHERE NEAR as awful as Nora. She really makes me never want to step into the store, out of concern for what I’ll see her do next to her employees.

Very large store. Lots of employees walking around, keeping everything in order. Very surprised at how organized this location was. It a huge furniture selection, but lots of women who were dressed nicely were shopping for clothing. I was shocked to see how busy this store was.

Prices are to high, they are selling things almost at the same price as you can find on amazon or another store, sometimes it’s even higher, it’s supposed to be “goodwill” to help people that are not able to buy expensive products, (that’s what I think),I mean, how is it possible to sell stuffs that you’re getting for free in that ridiculous price? It’s just terrible.

I've come to this store weekly and have never had an issue until recently. I purchased a desktop computer and since there was no power cable I was told by the manager that I had a week to return it. At no point did she mention it would only be for store credit. I brought it back the next day cause it wouldn't even turn on and was surprised and disappointed that I would not get a refund and instead told "there's a sign". Nothing wrong with making it clear to a customer before they make such a large purchase. There was clearly a miscommunication on her part. That's the policy, fine, but I never would've taken that chance if I was told that and I think that's what they were hoping for. Also double check your receipts cause when I Iooked at my store credit receipt the amount was left blank! Good thing I caught the mistake in my car before I pulled away.

Completely stole from our family. As they were closing and we were checking out, charged us $400 and sent us home with $150 worth of items. I was paying and the boys carrying out the goods... meanwhile scanning our yesss and putting them into a cart to put back. Addressed with the manager she was rude racist and had absolutely no customer service experience in a 1st world country. Highly fraudulent. SCAMMERS. THEY HAVE THE FOOTAGE ON TAPE. EVERYTHING WE brought to the counter was bought and paid for. Except the manager proceeded to yell that she was right. Why would I have called? Why would I have made the trip days later to speak with management. Better customer service is found on a street corner.

Reasons to avoid Goodwill, both buying and donating:1. Same freeloaders there day after day..all day, every day, grabbing aggressively all day everyday.2. Employees who give stuff to their favs and don't put it on the floor for everyone.3. My Everest sized prices, 500.00 for a Christmas tree. There is no goodwill at Goodwill..and the only mission they have is paying 60k plus to managers and millions to owners and still getting benefits as a 501 3c. So if you think your donations are actually helping people..think again.

So I walk into the store everything was super nice very neat ladies are nice I was very impressed until I got to the cashier she didn't understand what I was saying so she had to get an assistant manager I wanted to exchange a shirt for the same shirt just a size difference. When I was purchasing the same shirt at Davy location I asked about the return policy can I exchange here and other goodwill stores and they said yes I get to the coral Spring store and they tell me otherwise. I am writing this store off my list

I have donated to Goodwill for years in multiple countries. But the ungratefulness at this location has me seething. I have never received l a “thank you for your donation” from this place. Today, I donated high quality, perfect condition items including Restoration Hardware products - the guy who received my donation was carelessly spinning Wall Art (excellent condition btw) in all directions - so I asked, is everything alright? Oh, We don’t take broken things, so I have to check if it’s broken.Ok, Understood - but does anything look in the least bit damaged to you?No, he says.Just the attitude had me this close to taking back my items.Well let me tell you Goodwill Coral Springs - if I had a damaged item, it is far easier to put it in the trash, or out for bulk pickup - than haul it in my car to deliver to you - EASIER!! My time, effort and charity matters. Your employees need to understand that, and tone down the rudeness. As I said to him - I’ll say it here - the least you could have said was Thank You.Shame!
