Finish line is awful. I, for the second time, am just trying to get shoes for my grandson and this time, I got a phone notification telling me I received the shoes and I was getting them shipped. I told my grandson and he was ELATED. I waited about a week and got a notification telling me my order has been cancelled and I'll be refunded my money. I called my grandson letting him know because I felt horrible that I missed another pair of shoes he'd been wanting. He explained there are robots that people pay for to get many pairs and I think that is ridiculous! They just resell them for a lot more money. It's a shame. I wanted one pair that I was told would arrive and I paid for them. This is the second terrible limited shoe getting experience I've had from finish line. I called their customer service and guess what they did for me? Apologize! Isn't that wonderful? I called customer service to receive some half-hearted "apology." I'm disgusted with the way they do business and I'm done trying. Give your business somewhere honest because this establishment is not it whatsoever. I will not be back, I will repeatedly deter people from this business. Awful customer service, almost the worst I've EVER experienced in 67 years of my life. I HATE FINISH LINE! Their prices aren't worth it either, take your business ANYWHERE else.

I recently went to shop at this finish line in coral square mall last night and while shopping here I set my shopping bag down with over 200$ worth of cologne in it, tried on a pair of shoes and when I looked back my bag was gone, the manager seen who stole my items and then refused to help me, wouldn’t let me see any camera footage, literally forced me out the store, SHOPPERS BEWARE EMPLOYEES ARE STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS WATCH THE ITEMS YOU SET DOWN!

i went to finish line for jordan sneakers for my grandson they didnt have his size so i ordered the item to pick up in store on tues dec 26 anyway i was told i could pick up the sneakers within 3 days got a notice it would be available around jan 4 2024 and my grandson would have to leave jan 1 2024 anyway the customer service phone # i called took forever and no good response i went into the store wed nite before closing and spoke to darlene very helpful she calmed me down and said i could exchange my order and have the item delivered to his address also a shout out to mike the manager i asked who he was tues when i was in a long line to place the order he was very diligent to get another register open and very observantant of all of us i was in customer service for years im retired but loved seeing him doing a great job and also darlene

Rude employee, makes no accommodation for customers. Incompetent employees who have no idea what they're doing and try to make it look like the customers fault.

I ordered dunks for my teenager online and unfortunately they didn’t fit him, I called finish line in coral square mall to see if they had her size so I can exchange them however they didn’t have any in stock but Gabby kept my number and told me that she would call me once they restock and she did, she kept her word. She’s amazing!

Very difficult to find, the GPS never tells you that the store is inside the shopping center, if you ask someone no one knows, the store and the staff are just like the shopping center: sad :/

I went today (Friday, July 28th) and purchased sneakers and a backpack for my 2 children! The manager, Mike, was so helpful and genuine. He spent a few minutes with us then he had to leave to conduct an interview, but came back afterwards. During that time, a lady by the name, Darlin, helped us. She too was very attentive and very professional! Actually, EVERYONE in the store, who I came across, was really nice! In this day and age, it's not what you say, but HOW you say it! Just because people are there to assist you doesn't make them your servant! You treat people with respect and you get respect in return, after all, they're human beings too!! Thank you very much Mike and your associates for all your assistance! You deserve 10 stars in my opinion!!

I buy shoes from finish line all the time but today I walked in asking for a box and a bag since I wanted to gift a friend some shoes but the box ripped. I understood not having a box to give out but not giving me a bag for an item I already bought felt very passive aggressive, racist, and unprofessional in which the old Hispanic lady in the front refused to give me. I will not be buying at this location at least anymore! Went to foot locker and they happily gave me a bag! Extremely disappointed in finish line.

Terrible customer service! I can't get a hold of any departments when I'm trying to reach them by phone to ask a question and the automated system isn't letting me reach nobody!

I was unlike ready to check out and handicapped so explained that I would sit in my rolling walker in front since I was next. The lady in the store was smoking get in line all the way in the back knowing I was ready to checkout and after I explained I was in pain and couldn't walk to back even after 3x explaining myself she still put two to 3 people ahead of me I said hello I'm waiting and still told me I needed to get in the line so I said you are really making a handicapped person wait to the last person in line as done because I couldn't walk to get in line she said yes and kept pointing to the line. She had me in tear's hurtful for being treated so awful. I took my 4 grandkids who were helping their nanny by pushing me in my walker-out of the store in tears to go by the shoes somewhere else. I really hope hope no one in her family gets cancer and and is not feeling good gets treated so terribly. She was rude and spoke in Spanish about me to other customers taking them first. I didn't matter to her. Awful awful and hurtful
