I recently went shopping at the dollar store. When I needed to use the restroom, an employee told me that they had lost the key to it. It was very inconvenient to have to leave my items and go to another store just to use the restroom.

There is only one cashier while the manager was inside the office telling someone else her relationship problems and I know because she was talking loud enough for everyone to hear. I spent here more than 20 minutes I literally know all her life. I ended up looking for myself just to find out they didn’t even have the item. Really really bad customer service.

This is my favorite Dollar Tree by far. Everything is clean, organized and usually fully stocked. The cashiers are friendly and helpful. Never has long lines. I go there at least once a week and I'm never dissapointed.

I entered the store with the intention of purchasing a few items. The cashier, Gloria, was stationed at the register. The total cost of my items came to $12.44. I made a payment of $5.75 using a gift card, leaving a remaining balance of $6.69 in cash. Initially, I handed Gloria one $5 bill and three singles. Surprisingly, she informed me that the balance was only $3. I clarified that the $10 bill was meant to cover the $6.69 balance. I then handed her three singles and requested my $5 bill back. However, she claimed that she had not received two $5 bills. I insisted that she had indeed received them. Suddenly, Gloria feigned a lack of understanding and claimed not to speak English. Frustrated, I requested to speak with the manager. The manager arrived but was of no assistance in resolving the issue. Both of them began conversing in Spanish, and the manager denied witnessing anything. I pointed out that there was a camera positioned above the register that could provide evidence. However, the manager stated that the camera was not functional. At this point, I was extremely dissatisfied with the situation. It had become a matter of principle. I had entered the store with the expectation of a simple purchase, only to be deceived by an unscrupulous cashier and an untrustworthy manager. I requested the corporate phone number, but both of them pretended not to understand English and claimed ignorance of the matter. This type of treatment is what customers encounter at this store. I strongly advise against shopping here. No one should have to endure being robbed while shopping. It is not just about the money; it is about the principle of the entire situation. I am utterly disgusted and appalled. Gloria is a thief, and the manager is untrustworthy. It is disheartening to see cashiers like them employed, stealing from honest, hard-working individuals. I will be contacting corporate, and I urge others who visit this store to make payments with their cards rather than cash. These cashiers are taking advantage of your money, pocketing it, and pretending not to understand English.

Third time i recently came to this location and was told by at least two different workers that they do not speak English, on one occasion I went for a specific item and was told by Cashier Vanessa that no (To the item) but she doesn’t understand English so I asked for a manager and the manger told helped me find item, I almost left the store without this item because I people most of the workers here do not speak English.
