Pharmacist is very attentive, and remembers customers names. She goes out of her way to help when there is any issue, such as prescription not being ready for filling until days later.

Prescription sent out to this pharmacy before 09:00AM. Prescription not ready to pick up at noon. Showed up at 3:30PM. Still not ready. What do they do for 6.5hrs???? I would never use this Pharmacy again. If you in a hurry to pick up your prescription, I don’t recommend this pharmacy.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT CALL THERE EVER!!! First I was on hold for over 15 minutes and no one ever came to the phone, so I hung up and called back. This time the pharmacist answered and asked me to hold on and I am currently still on hold now for over 11 minutes.... I will have our prescriptions transferred somewhere else FOR SURE!!! This is for my 3 month old daughter as well and they DON"T CARE AT ALL!!! Update I stayed on hold until I actually got to the pharmacy and no one ever picked up.... I then wasted 20 minutes in line to find out that they did not have the medicine my daughter needed. There is a WALGREENS across the street with plenty of employees to answer the phones and your questions. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS CVS!!!

I've been a customer at this CVS pharmacy for quite a few years. The technicians are helpful and the pharmacists Julie & Crystal are both very knowledgeable, extremely efficient and always go above and beyond.

As a nurse who had worked with valid pain patients, I do not like the corporation's new pain prescription policies. For any pain or cancer patient I would recommend running elsewhere. That said, this location has some extremely efficient and helpful pharmacists. Even a new script takes 12 to 15 minutes to fill. I was already established at CVS when the new policies came in so am still here but only for the staff. So four stars only because of the staff. If those staff members leave, so do I. If I ever need a pain prescription, I will leave at that time also.
