I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in a store. I wanted to try different sizes and the girl in the middle looked so done with her day before I even came up. I went up to her anyways and she looked at me grab the shoe and walk away. Never said a word and then a guy ended up bringing me the shoe instead. It came to the point where it was just me and her and i’d purposely wait for someone else to walk by so i could ask them for assistance. I didn’t want to take away from her phone time.My second issue is that I asked for another shoe i wanted to purchase. The guy went to the back and I waited for a good 15-20 minutes. I get up and look around and the guy I asked was in the front folding clothes???If you don’t have the shoe or if there’s something going on let me know. Don’t leave me waiting there.I ended up leaving the other shoes i intended on buying and walked to Foot Locker and bought my shoes there instead.Usually i hate when i walk into a store and people walk up to me asking if need help, that day was the one time i wanted that kind of customer service because I knew exactly what i wanted. I was extremely disappointed.

Driving there was a waste of time.. they had a google ad for soccer cleats for kids and when I got there, they didn’t even sell soccer cleats at all.

Champs in coral square mall is the absolute worst.The Manager I think I heard them call her May and the assistant manager is Aliyah . Woooowwwww the absolute WORST. Terrible customer service. Very Condescending when they speak to people. Even tho they work at a sneaker store. PLEASE. Footlocker is such a joke nowadays.

I would be very careful buying sneakers from this store. I bought a Nike Air Max Plus BK and after wearing it once, the plastic lines in the sneakers started coming off. I was away with the Military for the last 2 months. I came home and gave them a call and the manager said they cant exchange the sneakers or do anything about it. This is ridiculous providing that its still brand new and you would think it would be a better quality.GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY TO BUY YOUR SNEAKERS!

Went to pick up a reservation for the Jordan 5 and manager was rude because my reservation didn't have my first name. Customer service agent was also rude and the service was horrible. Called customer service and reservations was corrected and went I returned to pick up the shoes the manager said I he cancelled the reservation which was bs cause I know someone that he sells the shoes to without reservation.

Worst customer service I ever experienced in the mall, especially on a holiday. Even the manager would not even help me and told me they can't give me the veterans discount and less I'm registered on a website. I ended up bringing almost everything back because it didn't fit anyway.

My husband and purchased 3 pairs of sneakers for our children on Sunday, June 13th. A heavy set Caucasian girl told me to add an email for the receipt to make it easier if had to return. One of the sneakers did not fit . Mu husband returned today to retun the sneakers. The manager was rude and her agents refused to look at other methods to locate our receipt. I had to call and threaten them for the manager to check in her system to show that we purchased the shoe. Very lazy people. There and the manager has no customer skills at all. Dont go there horrible service. The GM should contact me about their behaviour
