German supermarket chain in South Florida - what's not to love? Finally a place to find authentic German sausages and even "liverwurst" (Braunschweiger) all year round. Unfortunately some basic German food - like pumpernickel bread, red cabbage and German pickles - is only available for quite a short time and often sold out in a blink.

I just left this store feeling extremely disappointed after a frustrating experience. I made a simple $6 purchase, but when I tried to use the tap feature on the credit card machine, it unexpectedly processed a $100 cash back transaction. When I approached the checkout attendant to explain what happened, her response was completely uncaring, and she offered no assistance whatsoever.
I then asked to speak with a manager, hoping for some support or a resolution, but she simply brushed me off, stating that I must have mistakenly selected the cash back option and that there was nothing she could do to help me. I understand that many of us choose Aldi for the low prices, but that shouldn't mean we have to endure such poor customer service. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning to this location.

I had such a horrific experience shopping at this Aldi’s location this week which is a first. I have been shopping at this aldis since I moved to Coral Springs for a couple years now and hate to even be writing this. However, the employee named Alex was incredibly disgustingly rude when I kindly asked where something was (mind you I don’t like asking for things) his response & demeanor was so rude that I left the store without buying all the items I already had in my cart because I was in disbelief at the poor treatment I received. I will say the assistant manager who I have not seen recently with curly hair was always so polite and respectful as well as the other employees at this location. I wish I could say I had the same experience with Alex but I am still in shock how I was treated and because of this horrible experience I will not be shopping at this location anymore. If you want to be treated like a human being I do not recommend shopping at this Aldi.

I ordered off Instacart so I can only review the quality of food items. It was my first time trying Aldi but they had some items more affordable than my usual go to Walmart. I was worried about quality but everything I got from them was delicious. The Italian meatballs surpassed any other meatballs I’ve ordered from other stores. Definitely will be ordering from them again and I can’t wait to make a visit to the store.

A lot of things this location needs to put together. Stock rotation is terrible. Fruits, veggies and salads are always old or bad most of the time. Bread in stock are only a few days to reach expiration date. Store is disorganized and lack cleaning.

As you can see the management of this establishment has not fired the redhead. This establishment is absolutely horrid, shopping at this store is a nightmare. If you are in need of help and can I find an item it'll take about 7 to 10 minutes to find one of the two employees working here. After you do find one he's so busy and inundated with work all he has are statements of passive aggressive frustration and anger. The employees are so wound up the, redhead cash register freaked out when I went to grab the receipt. They rush you at the register because there's only one cashier. That has to deal with a line of endless customers all day long because they refuse to hire people. Why are there six registers if there's only two people working at the store? Then if you look at the items this is the exact example of corporations making items smaller without you noticing. The manager needs to be fired the general manager needs to be fired the owner should just shut this door down. It'll probably do society much better. Fair trade ? So they pay nothing for trash low-quality low quantity items and charge you and make you think you're getting a better deal.Again the store manager the general manager and the owner should just be fired. ?
