Avoid this store at all costs! I took my new phone to repair a cracked screen, as AT&T recommended them, but it was a nightmare. After they fixed the screen, the phone started overheating when I picked it up. They refused to fix it the next day, so I had to go to another store to get it fixed. They steal parts from your new phone to sell it to walk ins. Terrible experience!

This people were so unprofessional and disrespectful first I went there 3 times because they didn't have my piece of the phone then finally when they get it and I went I have to wait 15 minutes so they can check my device was ok and everything was fine and then they give my receipt and left and after 4 hours without my phone they told me they couldn't fix it because is not the same items they are so unprofessional they should it have tell me that in they first place before giving out my phone on those 20 minutes I was waiting and the worse thing when they give me my phone the phone now doesn't work because this people didn't check the IMEI without touching my phone in th3 first place because is what they are unprofessional they don't know how to do their job I don't know why they get paid for apparently they took my screen off and when they found out is not the same IMEI he put the same broken screen back again now my phone doesn't work... I don't recommend anyone to come over here this people doesn't know what they are doing I recommend u guys go to another store.

The job was done very quickly and it works like new. My wife's iPhone had a cracked screen and we wanted to give it to her auntie. Now the phone works like new.

Customer service is, not the best. The place is EXPENSIVE, & they're not quick & efficient. Something doesn't add up. If you're paying top dollar they should provide an excellent service. It takes awhile for things to get done. They make you pay upfront for something that needs to be done in two weeks. The individuals at the front desk seem tired & underwhelmed , and have attitude , NOT EVERYONE!!!! The line is super unorganized & controlled. You go there to pick something up or ask for service, please allow at a minimum 20mins to sit & wait. I went to pick up my laptop, & I just sat there. It's FIXed, I paid already. I just need to pick it up & go. No 1 acknowledges you or anything. The place is being managed incorrectly. I'm sure you bring in new management, retrain the customer service team & try to focus on speed & efficiency & this place can be killer. Maybe more updated retail items, because everything on the wall is outdated or for older individuals. Also have some interactive things for customers to do while they stand in long wait line. Maybe someone at the door to organize customers. Idk. just iFixIt because the system is not working. I got my laptop back & the screen is fixed. $260. Broken screen. HP laptop that cost $500. (Update) And I'm currently using my laptop & realizing the screen quality is HORRIBLE!!!!! This place is a horrible Rip off. Smh.

Had a dead Xbox one... hard drive failed. The team at the Ponce location quickly diagnosed and got me 2 alternatives to replace the drive. Nice work and quick turnaround.

I took my Iphone for a sceen repair. It works and its cheaper but it looks a bit thicker than the original and the face ID doesn't work all the time.

My model is an international s21 because i live in Chile but i was in Miami at that time and i needed to fix my phone. Samsung told me (via chat) that i can bring my phone to uBreakiFix in Coral Gables and they will fix my phone. So i left my phone there. About 4 days after they contact me because my phone was ready. I check my phone and it look ok, so i left and pay (they don´t respect my warranty because the phone wasn´t bought in america). When i got back to Chile i put my other SIM card (my model is an dual SIM) and it didn´t recognize, so i had to go to Samsung Chile and they told me that the part that uBreakiFix use wasn´t made for my phone because they use an single SIM motherboard in a Dual SIM phone... i couldn´t believe that, so i call uBreakiFix and they said to me that it was the correct part and they will not be responsable for that... So now i feel cheated, because i had to fix my phone two times and they keept my money without fix my phone. I expect that Samsung take notes on this and check the labor that uBreakiFix is doing, because i had one of my worst experiences in costumer service ever. Thanks.

I brought my work iPad in to have a shattered screen repaired. I was told that it would take 24 hours. I received my iPad back 6 days later. The home button was damaged while the screen was being repaired. I had to leave the iPad again for 4 days. Now almost two weeks later, the keyboard no longer works. I wouldn't recommend going here, it will end up costing more time and money!

All I can ask is... what happened to this place? This was our go-to to fix phones. 2 days later after much follow up on our part and 0 from the store we can come pick up the phone for a home screen repair. The guy who is usually there (younger with long hair) who is always so kind and courteous, unfortunately was not there when I went to pick up the phone. I was met by a rude, unprofessional person (not the guy in the pictures on Yelp) who identified himself as the manager and he wouldn't assist me even though I had the text message from the store earlier that day. He literally said I could have forward it to myself. What?? I showed him the outgoing calls, my ID, the texts. I got upset and said are you kidding me? He proceeded to yell at me and had me drive home to pick up my husband and show his ID in order to get the phone I dropped off. Btw I later found out the text was from him!!NEVER AGAIN!! There is a reason why this location has horrible reviews and I'm sorry to say they are right.

How would I summarize? Never in my whole life had I been treated like a delinquent as they did. 1- Totally unprofessional: The lady was not able to identify a Samsung S20 Ultra 2- I arrived punctual at 3:00pm at my appointment, previously booked online. I then received an email stating that I had missed my appointment (wel...ok...) 3- Asking if I could call them before 7:00pm in case the phone were ready, the lady kept repeating the phone "up to 4 hours" (okay...) 4- At 6:10pm, I called them from a friend's phone, a man answers that my phone had been fixed but then had broken again (I was changing the camera's glass protection) and that therefore, my phone would not be ready before 12pm next day (leaving me 21 hours without phone instead of "up to 4 hours). Well, good enough to detox from the cell... 5- I show up following day around 12:10pm, and the employee put my phone on the counter. I check it. Everything seems fine. Then I asked him if I am entitled for a discount due to the delay. His answer is a laconic: "Samsung does not allow discounts". To this I answer that I am not asking for a discount but for a compensation for having spent way more time than expected on my phone (if phone was ready at 5:30pm on the day before, I wonder what they did wrong with my phone to get it broken and why nobody would stay 30 min. more to fix my phone on the same day after their mishandling). Then he answers: Sir, you don´t understand, Samsung does not allow discount. To what I insist that, I have not booked an appointment with Samsung but on their website, that I don't understand what Samsung has to see with the whole story, and that it's only a commercial disagreement and thet should compensate (-even 10USD off would have been the correct-) for 1 day uncomminicated. Same refusal and the guy quickly takes my cell from the counter saying to me like if I were a kid "Simple, you don´t pay, you don´t have your phone". I have my credit card in hand to pay, from the beginning and start to be astonished by his behavior, but I remain at my place, clearly upset but yet where the customer is supposed to be: at the counter. I urge him to issue an invoice with my address for claim to the insurance (I had even asked for this when I left the phone, writing my apt number on a post-it) and the employees freaks out that enough, he calls the police cause....I don´t wanna pay!!!?? I first felt almost amused by his childish reaction and thought...okay, he will call his manager. He disappears and make a phone call from the other room. I can hear how he describes me to the Police as if I were the worst criminal, saying that I am literally out of control (long here but honestly I think that only 5/10 minutes past since I had stepped the store). I have to say that I cannot believe it and decide to go and take a sit on their couch, waiting for the Police to arrive. Cause I am a good deliquent who does not threaten, stay at his place and wait patiently without any gun on. 6- My VIP escort arrives: 1 K-9 officer and 2 other police officers. And ask me what the problem is. To which I obviously answer that there is no problem at my side. We discussed about a commercial issue and the employee freaked out immediately....And now I sit like a criminal as I was was running away having stolen/killed somebody. And I am explained that I have to pay for the service, to what I answer that on my way to my 50s, I know that any service has to be paid for; I also know that failing to provide proper service should entitle a rebate or at very least, an apologize (instead of what the employee served me the "and your phone was ready at 5.30pm yesterday...forgetting that THEY had broken it doing I don't know what before I called them at 6.10pm). So yes, it's a long review and my aplogies for that. But clearly, I found this story totally unable to deal with customers, and it's totally unresponsible to leave this kind of business in hands of geek kids without social skills. Terrible service, very unprofessional. I went in to change the speakers in a laptop, they changed them but left the back cover loose, screws sticking out, and the processor fan started sounding rough and loud. When I went back so they can finish the job, the "tech" Jose O. didn't want to even look at it, and worse - didn't know why the fan started to make odd noises. He didn't want to help with the problem HE CAUSED. I wouldn't even trust these guys to put a screen protected on my phone but less fix a computer. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. UNPROFESSIONAL

This place has terrible service. I got my phone 17 days ago and the screen turned black so i took it here. After 5 days of waiting for just the diagnostics test they give me a call 10 minutes before they closed telling me that the sim tray is not in the phone. I turned in the phone in mint condition and the guy that took it said the phone had everything. They loose my sim card tray and and then tell me that i never turned it in so i had to pick up my phone. The guy who attended me was a big fat guy with a beard who claimed to be the manager and when i asked for his name he neglected to give it to me. This entire experience has made not want to buy any more samsung phones in the future. Please spare yourself the trouble and don't come here. they will hold your phone for days and end up giving you more problems then what you came in with.

They lost my Sim card tray after just leaving it for a diagnostic test and blamed me after they lost it! Nothing will get fixed and they give you bad attitude. No customer service at all! They did not offer a single solution and offended me! I let samsung know for sure because it was so unprofessional over a very small tiny cheap part that I wouldn't of mind to pay for if they ever offered to correct the situation. Nope just insulted me. The big fat guy with the long beard is the one I dealt with who wouldn't even give me his name!! Because his behavior is garbage. Spare yourself the stress and stupidity of this establishment and go some where they really do their job.

About 2 weeks ago I brought my one month old phone this store for a screen replacement. One week later I had to bring it back because the screen was lifting off and then 2 more times after that until it was finally fixed. But after the final time I could barely hear phone calls through the earpiece speaker so I went back for the fifth time and they replaced the speaker but it did not fix the problem. I was told by the store manager that there was nothing else they could do and I should look into returning it under warranty. This is not a warranty issue as Ubreakifix damaged the phone and now I'm stuck with a phone that I can't make phone calls with unless it's on speakerphone.
