Montica is a superb jewelry company! I contacted them regarding an inquiry to purchase an engagement ring. I had the pleasure of speaking with Maria. During our phone call, I asked several questions and expressed some concerns I had. Not only did she answer my questions, but she was also able to address my concerns with the utmost care.I scheduled a visit to the showroom. Upon entering, I was greeted with her warm smile. During the visit, she showed me several diamonds that met the criteria I requested. After about 45 minutes, we selected a diamond and a setting. Due to the nature of the purchase, it had to be custom-made.Approximately 3.5 weeks later, the ring was ready. When I returned to the showroom, she not only provided the ring but also included other goodies to assist with the proposal and maintenance of the ring.Thank you so much, Maria and Montica, for making this purchase so easy and pleasurable.

Getting our wedding bands at Montica could NOT have been easier. I've been going to Montica with my parents since I was a baby, so it was even more special that we got our wedding bands from there. Your visit starts with ringing the doorbell (my fave part as a kid) and you're always greeted with a warm face. Marichi brought us into her office and explained the difference between brands and bands :). We landed on the 2 most perfect rings. My husband got the yellow gold band he's always dreamed of, and I got the most stunning diamond band with a sapphire hidden on the inside as my something blue. Now, my first earrings in my life were Montica, and my forever wedding bad is from there too :) Run don't walk! Not only do they have amazing wedding pieces, but their jewelry is out of this world.

Best quality, service, and experience!!Maria went above and beyond to design my perfect ring and was so patient when I requested a couple adjustments after receiving it. She also went out of her way to deliver the ring when I was unable to make it to the office so I could have it on a trip with me.Would highly recommend and will be coming back to Maria for years to come!

Marichi and her team are the best! Brought loose diamonds from my mom's rings and they created the most wonderful necklace. Brought pearl necklace and they re-pearled perfectly to create a two sting necklace vs 3. They gave me ideas and created/fixed everything to perfection. Thank you.

Montica is the best jewelry store in miami. Extremely personalized service and very attentive. Great prices and beautiful pieces. Thank you Montica Jewelry for helping my fiancé find the MOST BEAUTIFUL engagement ring I could have ever imagined. On top of the ring just being gorgeous, Marichi and her team are so helpful, welcoming, and just overall really nice people. I went for the first time to have my ring resized and was met with great hospitality and care. You can find nice jewelry at many places but it's the way this place treats you that makes the difference. Definitely check them out!
