Even if you live there, your car will be towed if you park at Trader Joe’s! Ironic that no one from the staff was nice enough to even tell you about. There’s nothing luxury about the apartments because your appliances break all the time, so much for a brand new building right? The train is noisy and you won’t be able to sleep, work, or even talk on the phone with it. Oh and it runs all day. How is lifetime promoting healthy lifestyle when you can’t sleep properly with that annoying train! Don’t live here, you can find nicer and cheaper places than this one.

Please don’t fall for the fake 5 star reviews you are seeing…I completely regret living at lifetime. The gym is great, but everything else sucks. It’s not worth what you’re paying. The staff there now are nice and friendly but it wasn’t this way when I first moved in. Months ago I had to deal with 2 roaches who go by names of Kariffe Nunes and Christy Milan during the move in process. On the first day of moving in Christy clearly didn’t want to bothered with doing her job. Any little question you asked her, she would roll her eyes huff and puff and throw her hands in the air. It was like watching a 2 year old throw a tantrum. She also lied about if you could hear the train inside the apartment. It’s so noisy, it’s the biggest nuisance. She lied because she knows it’s so loud and runs all hours of the day. You won’t be able to sleep well with it. After signing the lease and realizing after the fact she referred us to speak with Kariffe about the issue because she’s a coward. Kariffe then proceeds to say you can always hear the train unless you live on the opposite side of the building. He also is extremely unfriendly and rarely ever responds to emails.The elevator is always broken, they always lose your packages.I strongly advise against living here, don’t fall for the beauty of building A. Stay away or regret it!

If I could stay for a lifetime - then I absolutely would. I moved here around its opening. The top-tier customer service consists of exceptional concierge service and valet. All of the LifeTime Leasing team members go over and above to ensure that I am cared for as a resident and as a person. We are family.I'm most impressed with the cleanliness of the building and the amenities. With unique restaurants, Trader Joe's, and a cafe nearby, I can always find a convenient bite to eat. It's the holiday season and the Life Time team has celebrated all occasions in such a graceful and respectful way. 5 out 5 across the board, this is my choice in Miami.

I had a wonderful experience living at Gables Station! The location is fantastic, with easy access to amenities, public transportation, and local shops. The customer service was top-notch; the management team was always responsive and attentive to our needs. It truly felt like a home away from home.

I lived for several years in this building, and I can say that it is one of the best in Miami, it is very familiar and quiet, the attention of the administration is very good, the garage, despite the fact that there are many businesses, is very easy to find a space to park.You have everything at hand, such as markets and restaurants, I really loved it. If I moved back to Miami I would rent here for sure.

Update on August 24, 2023:All apartments were occupied by students. Now it's a real dorm. Partying until midnight, alcohol and m….. . Every day! Such a wonderful concept was conceived on the start: there was comfort and a healthy lifestyle. The new owner turned the building into a dorm. It became impossible to live here.And they canceled garbage sorting. Now all the plastic goes to the trash. :(————————We have been living here for 2 years since the opening. (And we renewed for one more year). There are 3 objective disadvantages here: parking, frequently broken elevators and the metro.Parking: narrow single entrance and exit. There are not enough places for the residents of Building A and B, because everyone who comes to the gym, spa, restaurant or coworking occupies all the comfortable spots. Sometimes you have to park on the 6th floor, which does not have an elevator to access building A. At the same time, if you are a resident, you do not have the right to park on the 2nd floor (in the parking lot for the gym) even for a short period, even if you are going to the gym. The first condo where residents have less parking rights than visitors.Metro. You definitely hear the metro if your windows overlook the metro. Yes, the sound insulation of the windows is good, but you hear the train and have to pause if you are talking on the phone and wait for the train to pass. The metro is absolutely not audible from the rooms whose windows overlook just the ocean.The lounge area for residents is very small. There are not enough more common places for residents. Perhaps it was supposed that such a place would be a gym and a spa, but still.But I love this place. You have everything you need to live within walking distance. A great gym, with a wonderful spa, a good massage master. A very good chiropractor works here. I love fitness center instructors and especially yoga instructors. Excellent offices for work (we pay extra for this). Grocery store in the building. If you are too lazy to cook, there is a restaurant. You can walk to cinema or shopping in Merric Park. The building administrators are friendly and always ready to help. Events for residents are held every month. Our deliveries have never been lost. Good neighbors. Any maintenance’s issues are repaired within a couple of hours.There is a great lack of a playground. And for this, there seems to be a place on the roof of the parking lot between buildings B and C. Perhaps the presence of a playground would attract more families with children.

Beautiful property luxury all around!! Great location, amazing office staff. We recently visit the property, Patricia Dal Armelina, was very professional and knowledgeable, answered all questions and concerns. Definitely this property will be our first choice as soon as we are ready.

I love my apartment, after been looking for an apartment in the area for a while and I think Life Time Living is the great choice. Everything I need is in the same place I can walk to Life time fitness, Graziano and Trader Joe's. The staff are amazing thank you to Desiree, Connie and Sandra for making my move in process go smoothly. My new apartment and the view from my room facing the water is a beautiful site to wake up to every morning. The leasing staff is always so welcoming professional and kind. Shout out to the maintenance team Rafael and the team are super awesome!!!.

I just moved in and let me just say that it was the easiest process I have endured in a while. Desiree and Connie have helped me tremendously in making sure I had everything ready for the day I moved in. Not to mention the gym! It is absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend living at a place where your state of the art gym is just steps away.

I came to visit and look for my future home, I liked a lot the property the Amenities are amazing! And All the staff are kind and super polite, Desiree was my leasing agent she was very helpful and friendly! I’m loving this place and I’m more that convinced this is the perfect place to stay while my semester of education.

I was visiting the surroundings of Coral Gables and looking for my next residencice for the course of my semester at UM. At the property everyone was very friendly from the entrance and Connie was the leasing agent in charge of my tour, she was friendly and above all she gave me saveral options. Based on my expectations, very grateful. The place itself is incredible I will be in touch.
