Goosehead Insurance sold me a Flood Insurance I did not need in the first place, and when I confirmed with my mortgage company that in fact I have a duplicate flood insurance and asked them to cancel it and give me a refund for the remaining period, they refused to do so arguing that it is against the law. The sold me something that I did not need and unfortunately I paid the whole year in advance, and now they refuse to cancel the policy and do a refund. This is how most insurance companies operate....
