Brian was awesome! He diagnosed the problem in under 60 seconds and fixed it in minutes. He also took the time to explain why we had the problem so we can identify and address it should it come up in the future. Wonderful experience.

Very helpful and very professional.We bought bulk computers and they worked a deal with us. They boxed certain things for us even though they didn't need to. I would recommend them to anyone looking to fill an office with comps, or just anyone looking for a reliable computer at a good price.

I brought my computer in today, didn't have an appointment and there was absolutely no wait. This is different from my experiences at the genius bar at the apple store where I am overwhelmed by the crowds, there is a wait, and I need to plan ahead etc. They were honest and super helpful. Definitely recommend.

Brian was great, he was very friendly and explained the process in detail after spilling some water on a Mac. They opened it up and checked for corrosion, cleaned it with air internally and even cleaned the exterior. The staff went above and beyond , it was greatly appreciated and they did not even charge since it ended up not having damage .

I came in to get guidance on how to set up the hard drive I bought from them and they walked me through it and even started helping me clear out my storage as I had none left on my computer. They even look the time to clean my computer as I asked them how to best clean it and they showed me. Great service!
