I have been a happy Chase customer for more than 20 years, using different branches in Coral Gables. A few years ago I started going to this branch at 1300 Ponce de Leon and although I have moved to Brickell since then, I prefer to do my banking at this branch where they always make me feel like a special client.. All through these years the staff has been caring, polite and very professional. Emmanuel has always helped me and lately Ana Castillo has proven to go the extra mile to continue the good service this branch is well known for. Thank you Ana and congratulations to the Team.

Never in my life I have been treated they way I was treated in this bank. I am a non customer and since I had a chase check payable to my business , I thought the right thing to do was go in and cash it out, mostly because I was around the area. This girl in the Teller line- Brenda, she was so courteous and professional. She knew exactly what she was doing, communication was never a problem and I was surprised how good she was able to maintain our topic of conversation while providing my money exactly how I wanted it. Definitely, it’s questioning my future desires as a potential client. Hands down to you guys!!! Brenda keep that beautiful personality. Also, the branch looked amazing- it does not feels like a bank at all and the associates seemed to know everyone. It sure gave me that warm home feeling. Keep it up guys ?

Answer the phone (which is a lot more than other chase banks are capable of) but do not have accurate information. I called a day in advanced to double check that there would be a notary on the premises. I showed up to be told no one was there.

Terrible customer service! Wanted to open and account and Ana C. Castillo was SOOOO unprofessional. She did not want to open the account for me instead she told me to wait for like an hour while she was chating to her friends and talking about nothing related to work. She gave me all sorts of excuses so she didnt have to work or open my account.

Very disappointed with this bank. Somebody got into my account and stole my money , ended up with me paying for it. Had a reimbursement from a company ,and chase never gave me that . No professionalism with customer service and all the people that works there . Took my business to another institution .

I came there at 9:20am they have only one cashier and two business representatives. Service is too slow. They are very polite and helpful but there is not enough people.
