Answer the phone (which is a lot more than other chase banks are capable of) but do not have accurate information. I called a day in advanced to double check that there would be a notary on the premises. I showed up to be told no one was there.

Very disappointed with this bank. Somebody got into my account and stole my money , ended up with me paying for it. Had a reimbursement from a company ,and chase never gave me that . No professionalism with customer service and all the people that works there . Took my business to another institution .
