I'm deeply disappointed with the service my elderly father received at this bank. He tried to withdraw $300 from the ATM, but the machine deducted the money from his account without dispensing any cash. Inside, when he filed a claim, they assured him he'd get his money in 3-5 working days. It's been well beyond that, and he's received nothing despite being a loyal member for 30 years. The manager nonchalantly mentioned that this issue "happens all the time," but my question is, why hasn't it been resolved? It's disheartening that they didn't even clarify whether the money would be returned via direct deposit or by check. When dealing with vulnerable senior citizens, one would expect more empathy and efficiency.

If you use the ATM, no money will come out. You’ll be told to wait 3-5 business days to get your money back and NOPE you won’t. Save yourself the stress and DO NOT bank here.

71 years old. Asked for 30000 home equity loan. Our credit scores are mid 800s.Owe 59,000 on 650,000 house. Yes I carry a little debt. Bought a 2023 Odyssey for my last car. Helped daughter get better interest rate on her 2017 car, so we added my name. Told BofA I could show deposits from daughter for payments of car. No, they want me to pay off car and have a larger interest rate then we have now. They don't want to loan money. Actions speak better than words.

Great experience. I left the bank at Taft and Hiatus 10 minutes earlier which had no money… yes a bank with no money. Went to this branch, and the clerk went out her way to help me get the funds needed.

The lack of respect, empathy and customer service the staff and manager at this location provide is embarrassing. I witness how a cashier and manager treated a customer today and will be closing my account today. Sometimes seen how they treat others makes you wonder if you will be treated the same.I understand now why this location has such poor reviews

Banks are supposed to be courteous and nobody bothers to leave a nice review cause it’s expected. But as soon as a person gets upset, they run to Google to voice their displeasure. I have banked inside at the Cooper City location many times and actually look forward to going inside. I am always greeted nicely when I walk in and the tellers are always nice and seem genuinely happy to be there. Great people, great location.

Dec 8/20 Used ATM only to have no cash dispensed, or receipt given. Called and reported that the ATM not only wasn’t working, but had also withdrawn the money from my account leaving me penny less! On top of that the representative told me that the ATM had been reported as broken earlier as (Doesn’t issue funds) which means every person before me that used it, is going through the same thing I’m going through. A dispute of non issued funds. Unbelievable! Wish I could give NO stars, but then I couldn’t post this review. Avoid this branch!!!!!

Do not come here. They make you wait even you have a appointment. You still have to wait in line. Worst service ever. Go to another Branch.
