This is not the Hampton we normally stay at in this area, but we decided to give it a try because our usual favorite increased its rates to more then we can budget when in town on business. We are so glad we stayed here!!! The staff is soooo nice and the roo.s were cleaner and nicer then our usual Hampton. Breakfast was a large selection of well prepared foods. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here whenever we are in the area.

Joey (front desk), Sharde (front desk), and Taylor (food and beverage manager) are all absolutely excellent hospitality centered people. We stay here sometimes when we visit SoFla and they make it worth the trip. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

I have been a guest at this location since it opened. I come about twice a year with 3 kids and stay for a little over a week. Usually having a great experience. My last visit however, housekeeping was a no show 3 times in 8 days. I had to contact the front desk after having been out all day for someone to come and take out the trash and give me towels and toilet paper. I did not leave the do not disturb sign on the door. I even let housekeeping know that my room was ready to be done and when I got back to the room that evening it wasn't. I guess I'll try the Residence Inn next door. So disappointed.

I haven’t done my due diligence in reporting. I have stayed here weekly since February 2023. 50% of the reason why I love staying here is the energy and smiles from the front desk. The likes of Shevaughn, Dale, Joey, Nick, Ann, Shardé and Keke are always welcoming. Check in and check out are always pleasant there are times early check in and late check out are available. Love you guys. The other 25% Ms Gia always have breakfast prepared and neat. Its a delight to grab food and hit the road. Waffles and potatoes are my go to. The last 25% Ms Cristal of housekeeping aka the 2nd floor captain. I always request to stay on the 2nd floor because I know when im out working and return, the room is cleaned and well stocked with needs. She will also organize everything and is very professional. I will always stay here going forward and look forward to returning in the near future.

As an honors member, I am very disappointed with this hotels staff. After driving all day towing a motorcycle, I pulled into this hotel for a room. When I asked the man with long hair about a room, his reply was sorry we are all sold out and basically turned me away. I had a hard time believing the hotel was sold out, so I went to their website directly and found rooms available. I returned to the front desk and asked the man why he lied to me and turned me away? No response. Instead, the man just laughed and said I could get a room if I booked it online. My question is, why would I need to book online when I'm standing right in front of you? In my opinion, this person was very unprofessional and did not like that we were towing a motorcycle. He was basically profiling us, that is 100% not ok! Bikers beware, this place is not biker friendly. We ended up staying next door at the Marriott, and we're treated with respect, and the staff was very accommodating. I would not try to stay at this hotel again. I have stayed at the Hampton Inn in Key West with no issues and Daytona Beach Hilton with no issues. I am very disappointed with this Hilton property. ?

The front desk young lady Sharde is phenomenal and extremely courteous. I'll be at this location more often.Food & drinks: Breakfast was great.

The hotel is very clean. This hotel has great staff. The desk clerks upon arrival and checkout, the maintenance man and the kitchen worker were tidy, pleasant and exceptionally helpful. Kudos to Hampton for being able to keep a great team of workers.Also the complimentary breakfast included so many choices and the food was great. Also did I mention the kitchen cook/server was clean, tidy and helpful.

Had a good experience. The room was clean and the surroundings are quiet. Nothing super special, but no complaints here. All in all its a nice hotel for the price.

On 8/2023 I stayed in room 515 for two nights. The carpet was fo filthy and sticky that my feet were filthy. Not a good feeling!

I’m very happy to leave this review after many terrible experiences at hotels lately. This went over and above! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and rooms equipped with all the necessities plus a mini fridge and microwave which is always so convenient and I stayed in a suite and it was so spacious and nice. I just can’t rave enough about my stay. I will absolutely be back. Thank you! Especially to staff that went above their duties to ensure a great stay!
