This is one of the best veterinary hospitals I have gone to. The staff is amazing and very caring to everyone. Dr. Jennings has such a caring and gentle way with our "babies" and with us as well. She was there with us when our Pluto, Southpaw and Grayce crossed The Rainbow Bridge and welcomed our newest members with such a caring hand. Making a decision to let our "babies" go is not an easy and one of the hardest decision to make but Dr. Jennings made sure to us that we made the right decision and that she knew how much we loved our "babies". I would give a10 out of 10 if I could.

We have been clients of BVH for many years and have always received excellent care. Dr. Jennings and her staff are knowledgeable and kind. We have gone there for routine exams as well as emergencies and have been extremely happy with the care we received!! Thank you so much for keeping our pets healthy! We know you love our animals as much as we do! (( hugs))

Have taken a couple of my older cats here once the Cat Doctor closed. Was very disappointed with the treatment of a terminal rescue cat with Feline AIDS and Feline leukemia we brought there. They gave us pain meds for him after trying to do a dental that caused him to have a steep downward turn and then cut off the pain meds while he was still in severe pain. We ended up taking him to the emergency clinic for euthanasia. Then we made an appointment for one of our younger cats about 10 days ago for 3/30 at 3pm. After getting this cat there they tell us we don't have an appointment and were quite rude about denying the fact that we made an appointment and someone didn't put it in the computer.

I am completely disgusted by the treatment I received recently when calling into Brevard Vet Hospital trying to get an appointment for more than 2 weeks. for my new puppy. I was treated rudely by the office clerk who basically told me they were too busy to return my calls with a attitude. When I finally talked to someone else there and told them how rude she was I made a rude comment about her attitude because i did not appreciate the bad treatment from her. I was then told because I made my comment I was no longer welcome as a Client whom I took my two dogs there for the last year. but is was ok for the employee to treat me badly. I used to really enjoy taking my dogs there because Dr. Jennings and her old staff were very nice to deal with. I at least deserve a call back and an apology from her and can not believe after the treatment I got that she would allow her employees to treat her customers that spend money there the way I was treated. so in other words she does not appreciate the customers that make her money The Customer means very little and apparently your pets health means nothing either. her associates are allowed to treat the customers anyway they like. I have never been so disappointed with a vet hospital in my life. apparently they only want your money when it suits them. and the customers mean nothing to them. There was a time I would have rated them at 5 stars that one experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I guarantee that I will not get a call back let alone an apology. If I do I will take the bad review down.

My puppy, 16 years old, was suffering, I walked into the clinic and everyone was very nice and they squeezed me into their schedule. He had lymphoma they found out and I chose to put him to sleep cause he was miserable. They were thoughtful and kind, and the Dr. explained everything he was doing. They made a very sad event a bit more tolerable.I thank them very much.SampsonAnd Bambi Pierson and family.

Dr. Jennings is a caring and awesome vet. Took our girl in with a bladder full of stones and she worked with us to remedy situation. Love that the vet takes time to discuss the issues with us. They are taking all precautions for COVID-19 and doing curbside service for drop off and pick up. Couldn’t ask for better service. Have had our other dogs there in the past. Dr. Eden is missed but Dr. Jennings is a fine replacement and he has been gone forever!!!

Since I was advised by the receptionist that the doctor was unable to speak to us about our cat that had elective surgery the day before, I’ll have to post it here. The excuse was she had 12 appointments that day. When I expressed my anger, I was hung up on.
I simply wanted to stress the importance of not assuming customers know what will happen after surgery. We were not told the cat would have to wear a plastic collar for two weeks. We were not aware we would have to give pain meds for 4 days. We were also not aware of the amount of fur shaved off and the huge incision.
It’s Was quite a shock when we let her out of the crate. The collar was too big for her to eat or drink. We had to take it off and cut it down.
Dr. Jennings is an excellent vet. It seems as though she might be taking on too much business to take care about Of the clients she has.
At a point, we were called almost daily to see if we were going to have the surgery done. It was borderline harassment.
Had we been given the after care instructions before the surgery , we would have never had it done at that time. We have to travel back well before the two weeks needed to recover and have stitches removed.
Now we have added expense of paying another vet to remove the stitches.
Lastly, We paid close to $1000 this year for our 3 cats care. The doctor is too busy to talk to us is not acceptable. I don’t think Dr. Jennings would approve if she knew. Your business is only as good as the people answering the phone.

Dr. Jennings and staff are so caring and compassionate. They treat your pet like their own and will always do a follow-up call to check how they are doing. Highly recommend!
